The Man of Heaven & the Man of the Earth

The Man of Heaven & the Man of the Earth

Main references: Phil 3:20-21 (Jn 15:18-27)

How is the man of heaven different from the man of the world (earth)?

The man of heaven is born of heaven through the seed of God. His image is like God and in His likeness (Gn 1:26). It is like the transformed image of Jesus on the Mount of Transfiguration (refer to Mt 17). On the other hand, the man of the world is born from the world, the earth. His image is the image of the earth, the likeness of flesh.

The one born of heaven speaks and listens to the words of heaven, whereas the one born of the world speaks and listens to the words of the world. This is the difference between the one born of heaven and the one born of the world, the earth. Jesus, the son of God, referred to himself as the way, the truth, and the life (Jn 14:6). He also stated no one could come to the father except through this way, truth, and life. According to 1John 1, the word in the beginning is Jesus. It says in John 1:1-4, the way, truth, and life is the word of God. Jesus is with God (Rv 3:21), and it is only through Jesus, who is the way, truth, and life, people can go to the Father. Jesus himself becomes the way and the bridge which allows people to go to God. Without Jesus, there is no way, no truth, no life, and no bridge.

Paul said in Romans 8, "If anyone does not have the spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Christ." In addition to this word, it says in Revelation 3:20, "Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me." These scriptures show who is the one whom the spirit of Christ is with. If Christ is with someone, that person will also know the way and the truth just like Christ. He becomes someone who is led by the Lord, and he becomes the word just like Jesus. People's superficial claims of believe is a part from the will of Christ. Those people are nothing but outsiders.

The difference of heaven and the world is enormous, and so is the difference between the sons of God and the daughters of the earth. Their very origins are different: the seed of heaven and the seed of the earth, the world. If someone who is born of the seed of heaven betrays, becomes part of the earth, and unites with the daughters of the earth, then he becomes the same as the earth, that is, mere flesh, just like Adam. The origins of the man of heaven and the man of the earth differ because of their seed. The one born of the earth loves the world; he will listen to the words of the world and follow the world. The one born of heaven, in contrast, loves heaven, which is the kingdom of heaven; he will listen to the words of heaven and follow heaven.

Jesus said in Matthew 23, "O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, you who kill the prophets and stone those who sent to you, how often I have longed to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, but you were not willing. Look, your house is left to you desolate." A hen receives the seed of the rooster, lays eggs, and gathers them. She incubates those eggs for 21 days and then hatches and protects them. She also makes sure her chicks follow her through her own voice, and protects them. She looks for food to feed her chicks and knows and recognizes each of her chicks' voices, and raises them. Chicks, too, recognize their mother hen's voice and follow her. If the mother hen is out of their sight, they look for her. The mother hen, who knows the voices of her chicks, quickly runs to her chicks when they call out to her. Chicks know their own mother, look for her, and only follow her. The mother hen protects her chicks, feeds and raises them. On a cold night, the mother hen gathers her chicks under her wings to protect them. The chicks go under the wings of their mother or sometimes they go up on the back of their mother. Jesus, just like a mother hen who lost her chicks, was trying to gather us several times, but people, who were worse than chicks, were not willing according to Jesus' word. Will people ever know that they are actually worse than chicks?

God spoke with a grieving heart in Isaiah 1 when He said, "Hear, O heaven! Listen, O earth! I reared the children and brought them up, but they have rebelled against me. The ox knows his master, the donkey his owner's manger, but Israel does not know, my people do not understand." He continued, saying, "Ah, sinful nation, a people loaded with guilt, a brood of evildoers, children given to corruption! They have forsaken the LORD; they have spurned the Holy One of Israel and turned their back on him." God also had Jeremiah record the same story in the book of Lamentations. People sinned just as Adam had sinned. If people are captured by the spirit of the devil, their mentality changes.

According to what is recorded in Revelation 13, 17, and 18, the events of the Lord's second coming (today), the Spiritual Israelites betrayed the Lord and followed the pastors of the gentile spirits. In fact, it is all nations which have committed such actions. All nations fell by eating the fruit of the kingdom of demons, in other words, by drinking the wine of adulteries. All nations also married the devil. This shows how they have become one with the devil instead of being one with God. At a time like this, the messenger who speaks on behalf, the one sent by the Lord, comes to the place where the people are held in captivity. He delivers the people and calls them out of this place, harvesting them like a thief. This is the work of salvation, which leads people from death to life at the time of the second coming. Aren’t all the pastors of the nations today persecuting the messenger who speaks on behalf, going against him with every possible means at their disposal, just like at the time of the first coming? Despite such work of persecution, one person overcomes, and the Lord, who is the way, truth, and life, is with the one who overcomes. Because the Lord is with him, the one who overcomes is able to fulfill the New Testament and establish the 12 tribes, the new kingdom of God, and he is also able to judge Babylon, the kingdom of the devil.

Up to this point, the actions of betrayal which occurred in the times of the Old and New Testaments, and in the times of the first and the second comings, have been examined.

How can those who have become one with the devil recognize God and the one sent by God? Only those who receive the revelation (i.e. the revealed word) will be able to recognize them. God said in John 10, "His sheep follow him (the pastor) because they know his voice. But they will never follow a stranger; in fact, they will run away from him because they do not recognize a stranger's voice." Depending on who people are born from, they are destined to follow the masters who gave them birth. The one who knows Jesus' voice will open up his heart and accept it, but those who do not know his voice, the ones who belong to a stranger, will not follow Jesus' voice. Today the one born of God's seed will listen and follow the voice of Jesus, the voice of the holy spirit of truth. The word of the New Testament, the Bible, is the voice of Jesus.

Men's words come out of the denominations which were founded and named by men. The temple of heaven, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony, on the other hand, was created and named by heaven itself. God dwells in this temple, and His word of life comes out of it. That which is created according to the word of the Bible (the promise) is an object of heaven, just like the tabernacle created in Moses' time. All things, except for the tabernacle previously mentioned, the pastors of the world created and named after their own will are nothing but the things of the world.

Where can God’s kingdom be found and which of these people is is God's people?

Let us attain salvation by believing in the God of truth, and let us become the citizens of heaven.

Amen.

The Time of the Second Coming which is Like the Times of Noah and Lot

The Time of the Second Coming which is
Like the Times of Noah and Lot

Main reference: Luke 17:22-30

What does it mean when the scriptures say, one will not see the days of the Son of Man although they may long to see it, and the days of the Son of Man will be like the days of Noah and Lot?

One will be unable to see the days of the Son of Man, although they long to see it, because in the second coming the Lord will come as a spirit. The days of the Son of Man will be like the days of Noah and Lot because judgment will occur suddenly, just as it took place in the days of Noah and Lot. During the time of the judgment, it was only eight people in Noah's family and three people in Lot's family who were saved. The world was quiet. People were eating, drinking, selling, buying, marrying, and giving in marriage. Nothing was different from an ordinary life, but the judgment suddenly began. The scriptures, therefore, speak about how it will be the same in the time of the second coming.

The reason why people were judged during those times was because of the corruption and the betrayal of the previous or first heaven. The main reference in the New Testament refers to the corruption of the Spiritual Israelites at the time of the Lord's second coming. They are judged because of their acts of betrayal. Looking back on the reality of the Spiritual Israelites, which have lasted for the past 2,000 years, there is no one who truly knows God and the Bible. It is not easy to find people who believe in the Bible. Despite such corruption, people claim they are the orthodoxy, and they have attained salvation and the holy spirit. They treat others who are not part of their own organizations as heretics. Is this the command of the Lord?

Today's churches have formed an enormous organization, and it has turned into the marketplace where people buy and sell authority. According to Matthew 24, the temple of the chosen people was sabotaged and destroyed by the gentiles. Those who belong to heaven went dark and fell, just as the sun, moon, and stars go dark and fall from the sky. The scriptures also explain how the destroyer stands in the holy place and reigns over people. Revelation 13 and 18 portrays the fact the chosen people have been captured by the gentiles, and they have received the mark from the gentile pastors of Satan and worshiped them. Furthermore, all nations have fallen because of Satan's wine of adulteries. Can anyone say they have already gained salvation and are the orthodoxy? People neither seem to care about their corruption and sin, nor do they know the new covenant established through the blood and the word of the Bible. Today, Spiritual Israel has merely turned into the world of leaders, who are oppressing their congregation members with the authority they have exchanged with one another.

If one truly believes in God and his word, the Bible, they must at least consider the words which say the days of the second coming will be like the days of Noah and Lot, and they must reflect upon these words themselves. The reality, however, is believers are not concerned with those words in the scriptures. But instead, they have so much ignorance and arrogance within them, don’t they? How can they claim to believe in God and the Bible?

If the scriptures make references to the end times or the end of the age, believers should have thought at least once of whose end it refers to. If it was the Tabernacle Temple in heaven which fell, believers should have known the end referred to the end of the religious world, not of the world of non-believers. If one has acted according to their own will for the sake of money and authority, how heavy their punishment will be!

Several places in the Bible predicted the end of Christianity. They speak about how the first heaven and first earth will disappear. It speaks of how the second heaven, the new heaven and new earth will be created after the first heaven (the Spiritual Israelites). If one is a true believer, they will attentively listen to the word of the Bible and will not conduct any wickedness. Today's pastors and the congregation members, however, have betrayed God and the word, and they have become one with the devil. Are they not persecuting the returning Lord once again?

This is the act of sin which appears at the time of the second coming, just like at the times of Noah and Lot. Is this not the reality of the chosen people of the first heaven, the Spiritual Israelites? Have they not become evil men just like the Physical Israelite at the first coming?

This generation approves of any words from a religious organization which has seized authority, and it sides with that organization. Knowing the enormous size of this organization, even the authority figures in the world have affiliated with them, and they despise and look down upon the poor and the minority. Nevertheless, God is righteous. There will be judgment just like in the days of Noah and Lot. Even if it is a small group, God will still acknowledge righteous faith. If one does not believe in God's word of promise and does not even make an effort to know it, and if they put men's words above God's words, and oppress others to believe in men's words, they will certainly not escape being judged.

If one believes in the word of the Lord, which says today is like the days of Noah and Lot, they will be able to know what is taking place today.

We have seen the beginning and the end of Adam's world in the Bible. We have also seen the beginning and the end of the world (Canaan) of Noah, the ninth descendant of Adam. Through the time of the first coming, we have witnessed the beginning and the end of the world of the Israelites, the descendants of Abraham, who was also the tenth descendant of Noah.

The Spiritual Israelites originated from Jesus, and the era of the gospel of the Spiritual Israelites has lasted for the past 2,000 years. What was promised as the new covenant in the gospel of heaven, which Jesus and his disciples have preached for approximately 2,000 years? It has been promised in the gospel, the Spiritual Israelites and the gospel will come to an end through the second coming of the Lord, and the era of the new Spiritual Israel will launch. The events which occur during this transition of the eras are described to be synonymous as the events during the days of Noah and Lot. This very word also makes known how there will be the betrayal of the chosen people, the destruction by the gentiles, judgment, salvation, and re-creation. Believers in this current world are not interested in these events. Why aren’t they interested in them? It is because they have betrayed and have been tainted by the gentiles just like Adam and the Physical Israelites. At the time of the Lord's second coming, this current era will be judged and brought to an end. A new era and a new kingdom, the twelve tribes of the priests and the great multitude dressed in white, are promised to be created through the blood. All of these are promised through blood as a covenant, and these are the words of the promise in the New Testament. The saints who perceive, see, and believe in this will attain salvation. The only place of salvation is Shincheonji Church of Jesus, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony.

The Beginning and the End of Physical Israel & Spiritual Israel

The Beginning and the End of Physical Israel & Spiritual Israel

Main reference: Is 1 (Rv 21)

What were the beginning and the end of Physical Israel and Spiritual Israel?

● The beginning and the end of Physical Israel

The Physical Israelites started with the twelve sons of Jacob, the descendants of Abraham and Isaac. God established a covenant with these people (Ex 19:5-6; Gn 15).
This was the beginning of the Physical Israelites. After having made the covenant with God, however, they became corrupt and rebellious and broke the covenant just like Adam. Consequently, the gentiles held the people of Physical Israel captive.

God made this known to the Old Testament prophets and promised to establish a new kingdom. Roughly 600 to700 years later, God appointed Jesus, and through him, God judged and brought an end to the Physical Israelites who betrayed the covenant (Lk 16:16). This was the end of Physical Israel.

● The beginning and the end of Spiritual Israel

Spiritual Israel started with the twelve disciples of Jesus after he came, judged, and brought to an end the Physical Israelites who betrayed. God established a new covenant with His chosen people.

Jesus proclaimed to the world, for the last 2,000 years, Spiritual Israel would come to an end just as it says in Matthew 24, Revelation 13 and 16, and a new kingdom would be created according to Revelation 7 and 14. Today, Jesus has returned and judged the Spiritual Israelites who became corrupt, and violated the covenant. After having put them to an end, Jesus has created New Spiritual Israel. This is the end of Spiritual Israel and the beginning of New Spiritual Israel.

The Spiritual Israelites, who have been judged today, are well aware of the worlds of Adam and Noah (the times of Noah and Lot) and of the Physical Israelites during Jesus' first coming. Despite knowing of these times well, the Spiritual Israelites have also become degraded just like the people of those times past, and they are hindering the work of the second coming. They are doing such work because the very spirits which entered the persecutors at the time of the first coming have entered into the Spiritual Israelites, and they have turned out to be even more wicked.

Considering their actions, they seem to be like the devil who lost his mind instead of acting like believers. Although this is the true situation they are in, they still regard themselves as the best believers. They thoughtlessly treat anyone who is not part of them as a heretic, just like the people during Jesus' first coming.

The twelve tribes of New Spiritual Israel have been established today through Jesus' blood, and they have been created through God's word of revelation, which is the greatest biblical knowledge in the history of all mankind. They have become the word, just like God and Jesus, because they have been born of the seed of God's word.

Shincheonji people have been born again of God's seed and the holy spirit, according to the will of God (Mt 7:21; Jn 3:1-6). They have been created according to the promises of the New Testament (the new covenant). Everything has been created according to the Bible.

In other words:
1) They have been born of God's seed.
2) They have been harvested.
3) They have been sealed with the names of God and of Jesus.
4) They have not added to and/or taken away from Revelation.
5) They have been registered in the twelve tribes, the new kingdom of God's promise.
6) Their names have also been registered in the book of life.

“Shincheonji”, (the new heaven and new earth in Rv 21:1), is a name of the new kingdom of the new era. “The Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony”, is the promised temple where all nations will come and worship. The sealed 144,000 are the priests of the new kingdom purchased by the blood of Jesus. The great multitude who dressed in white is also washed by the blood of Jesus. They are the promised citizens of heaven in the new kingdom.

Just as Jesus overcame the devil and the world during the first coming, today, the one who fought against Satan's group and overcame them (Rv 12) has received the promises in Revelation 2 and 3. According to those promises, he received the food of eternal life and has fed the twelve tribes of Mt. Zion. The blood of Jesus is this food of eternal life, the word of revelation (i.e. the revealed word).

The twelve tribes of the new spiritual kingdom is the tree of life in Revelation 22. They are bearing twelve kinds of fruit every month. The leaves of this tree are for healing of all nations.

Despite the fact Shincheonji is being intensely persecuted, mocked, and hindered by Babylon (the nation of evil spirit: Rv 17, 18), the congregation members of the existing churches are swarming to Shincheonji. They were once in the places, which became arid because of the corruption, and when they heard the word of the water of life, they ran to Shincheonji. Now having been born again of the revealed word, they are giving glory to the Lord. The Christian Council of Korea has witnessed this. However, instead of repenting, they made commentaries with personal interpretations on the book of Revelation, and they hand out these commentaries and teach their members with them. They do such work thinking, if they teach their members Revelation, then it would stop them from going to Shincheonji. Those commentaries, in fact, are not the Bible, but are the words of the devil himself and his explanations, rather than the explanations of the holy spirit. They are false testimonies. What has straw to do with grain? (refer to Jer 23:28)

God is the one who prophesied the book of Revelation, and He is the one who has fulfilled it. It is not man, but God alone who allows us to know the secrets recorded in the Bible. It is only the messenger who speaks on behalf, the promised pastor, one person, who is capable of testifying about the prophecies and their fulfillment. Look at the promises in the Bible. It is only one person, the one who overcomes, who eats the revealed scroll and receives the command.

This is the promise of the Bible, and yet, people gather to create books containing personal interpretations. Men have appointed pastors, and they are then asked to teach. How can this not be lawlessness? This is Satan's wine of adulteries, which has caused all nations to fall.

The Bible records one era (Spiritual Israel), comes to an end, and a new era (New Spiritual Israel), launches at the time of the Lord's second coming. If one wants to live, he must not follow the world, which is coming to an end, but follow the new world, which is coming.

If you do not believe in the promises of the Bible, what else do you believe? Let us believe, so we become the citizens of heaven in the promised kingdom. I pray, in doing so, everyone will be the people who serve the Lord forever.

Amen!

Distinguishing Between the Man of Heaven & the Man of the Earth

Distinguishing Between the Man of Heaven
& the Man of the Earth

Main references: Jn 8:23; Phil 3:20
(refer to Jn 5:24-29, 6:1-6; Mt 13; Jn 15:18-24; 1 Cor 15:51-54; 2 Cor 5:17)

How can one distinguish between the man born of heaven and the man born of the earth? It is through their seed and fruit they can be distinguished. They can also be recognized as their transformed images appear, and as they take a test through the word planted in their hearts.

Adam was dust. He became a living being, that is, a living spirit, as the breath of life (the word of life) entered into this dust. It is stated clearly in John 6:51-53, people will have eternal life as the breath of life enters into them. Jesus also said in John 3:5-6, one can enter into God’s house, heaven, by being born again of God’s seed and His holy spirit. Flesh gives birth to flesh, and spirit gives birth to spirit.

Since Adam’s fall, the living spirit within a person has been dead because of sin. The dead spirit within a person, however, becomes alive as God’s word of life (the breath of life) enters into a dead man. This is the resurrection of the spirit, which was dead in the grave [the flesh] (Jn 5:24-29). Furthermore, whoever is born of Adam is his numerator (i.e. children), and he also becomes someone who ate the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, since Adam originally ate the fruit. The one born of Adam is a person born with sinful genes, and he is nothing but dust and mere flesh whose living spirit is dead. Concerning this, Paul states that death came through one man, and life also came through one man.

The thoughts of the devil want man to die, whereas the thoughts of God want man to live. If Adam, who became a living spirit, had not eaten the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, would his flesh still have returned to dust?

According to Genesis 6, the sons of God became one with the daughters of the earth (flesh), and as a result, they became the same flesh and mortal and returned to dust. Their life (life expectancy) was determined to be one hundred twenty years, and eventually they were destroyed and died.

The history of the Bible portrays the work of God which has been carried out in order to save people whose spirits are dead. God allows people to be born again through the cross of Jesus and the seed of God. God’s will (Mt 7:21) is that we are born again of God’s seed and the spirit, just as it says in John 3:5-6. If anyone is born of God’s seed and the spirit, he is born from heaven. He becomes God’s child and His family. This is the man of heaven born from above. That which is born of dust, the earth, is flesh, and this flesh returns to dust. That which is born of heaven, in contrast, goes to heaven. In other words, the seed of heaven is sown into the flesh, which is dust; once it grows and becomes bigger, the spirit of God, which is likened unto the bird of the holy spirit, comes and perches in it. This illustrates how God (the holy spirit) comes to His Son and unites Himself with His Son as one.

In this way, the one born of heaven differs from the one born of the earth. The place each of them ends up going to, also differs from one another. The one born of the earth does not know what is of heaven (the Bible).

Not all believers are true believers. Just because someone says he believes does not mean he truly believes. A false believer is only a believer superficially, and in fact, he is worse than non-believers. Just because someone claims to be a pastor does not mean he is a true pastor. Only the pastor whom God acknowledges is the true pastor. There were numerous pastors at Jesus’ first coming, but not even one person was a true pastor. All of them were the devil’s pastors. Likewise, there are several pastors at the time of Jesus’ second coming [at the time of Revelation] (Mt 24; Rv 18). However, the only pastor of whom God approves is one pastor: the promised pastor.

Among this great number of pastors, to whom will God entrust the secrets of the kingdom of heaven and the events of the covenant which are yet to be fulfilled?

At the end of the religious world when all nations have fallen down (Rv 18), those who follow their own pastors will be unable to attain salvation. Only when people follow the promised pastor, will they receive salvation. At the end of the religious world, falling from heaven to earth, and returning from the work of the holy spirit to being mere flesh is referred to as the end of the age or the end times (Rv 13). At a time like this, one will not become the man of heaven unless he is born again of the seed of heaven. Someone who is not born of the seed of heaven is born of the earth and is part of the earth, and he eventually returns to dust. Moses, Elijah, and Jesus went up to heaven, and they were not buried under the ground. Anyone born of the seed of heaven is guided by the holy spirit. His citizenship is in heaven (Phil 3:20), and he will resurrect and bear the holy image of heaven, just like the ones who appeared on the Mount of Transfiguration.

God’s true purpose after Adam’s fall was to remove from people the inherited sin, and to make people reborn of God’s seed and spirit. As the holy spirit of God rests on the people born of God’s seed (the sons), their lives of faith are made perfect, and the purpose and hope of their lives of faith are accomplished.

God has made the betrayers, destroyers, and the savior appear just as He promised in the New Testament Revelation. God has allowed us to know the pastor whom God is with through the appearance of those three entities. He has also permitted us to understand what kind of people will be saved and what God’s promised new kingdom and His promised temple are. Knowing the betrayers, destroyers, and the savior promised in the New Testament is the qualification for one’s salvation. If someone does not know these three entities, how can he be considered a believer?

If one is not born of heaven will be unable to attain salvation, nor will the one born of the earth enter into the kingdom of heaven. It is only those born of God who will be able to go to the kingdom of heaven. Anyone who has perceived the word of promise will say amen to this word.

The Born Again People of Heaven

The Born Again People of Heaven

Main references: Jn 3:3-6, 1:13

Who are the born again people of heaven? How can a person who was born of sin become the child of the creator?

As people, who are born of sin, are born again and clothe themselves with God’s image and likeness, they resemble God’s characteristics and become new creatures, the children of God (refer to Jn 3:3-6). These people are the born again people of heaven. A person, who was born of sin, becomes the child of God, the creator, by washing his sin through God’s seed, which represents the word (refer to Mt 26:28; Rv 1:5-6). The goal of believers, their faith, hope, and God’s will, and even His new work, is having people born again of God’s seed.

God made a man, who was mere dust (Adam), become a living spirit through the breath of life (Gn 2:7). However, this man, Adam, was deceived by the wild serpent (the devil), and Adam’s world became the possession of Satan. Furthermore, God had to leave the world (Gn 3, 6), and Satan came to rule over the world (Mt 4:8-9; Lk 4:5-6; Eph 2:2). For the last 6,000 years, God the creator has been working to restore the world that betrayed and fell into sin and wickedness. God created Noah’s world, but it did not work out. Afterwards, God made promises to Abraham and created Moses’ world, the Israelites, but they betrayed again during the time of Solomon. They worshiped gentile gods just like Adam, and ended up becoming like Adam. In short, the worlds of Adam, Noah, and Moses walked on the same path of betrayal. All of them betrayed and worshiped pagan gods because they were born of the same genes of Adam, the sinner, and thus they bore the same ideology and the same wickedness.

God gave the Israelites the law to prevent them from sinning, but it did not do away with their sin. Therefore, God promised a new work and fulfilled it through Jesus. The new work started through Jesus (Jer 31:22; Mt 1:18-22). This new work was to have people who are born again of God’s seed, which is the secret of the kingdom of heaven (Lk 8:11), become God’s children (Jn 1:12-13).

People born of the seed of Adam and the serpent, are the family of Satan; it was the world of Adam. People born of the seed of Noah were the family and the world of Noah. Those who were born of the seed of Abraham were the family of Abraham and the world of Moses. These are the worlds, which continued through the natural descent of sinners.

Those who are born of God’s seed are God’s children and His family, and they are the kingdom of God. Since they were not born of the genes of Adam, who was the sinner, they are not the ones who betrayed. The past four thousand years of biblical history from Adam was the history of betrayal; but since Jesus, the seed of the gospel of heaven has been sown into the whole world (Mt 24:14). Today, it has been roughly 2,000 years since the seed was planted. God’s world, the kingdom of heaven, is being accomplished by harvesting the fruit of the seed, which was previously planted. This world, which belongs to God, is the twelve tribes of Shincheonji. People of this kingdom were not born of man’s seed, but born of God’s seed through faith. Just as Jesus and his disciples were faithful and devoted without betraying God, and just as they walked on the path of sacrifice, these people, born of God’s seed, are also His faithful and devoted children. They are different from those who are born of the seed of the sinner, the serpent. They do not betray.

The law given through Moses was like a children’s (elementary) teacher, which led people to Christ. People were held as prisoners and locked up until the faith, which should be revealed, comes. However, they are no longer under the law when the faith that should be revealed appears. They become the children who will receive God’s inheritance by being born again of the seed of faith (Gal 3:23-28). They are the children and the family of God who are born through God’s seed, which is the secret of the kingdom of heaven. The world, which is coming, is their world. They are the only ones who are qualified for entering into heaven.

About 2,600 years ago, God prophesied through Jeremiah He would plant His seed. Roughly 600 years later, this seed was planted through Jesus. Today, about 2,000 years after this seed of faith was sown, Jesus has returned and has harvested and sealed people according to his promises. Through this work, the new kingdom of God’s promise is being created. Come and see!

It says in John 6, people will attain eternal life if they eat the living bread, manna, coming from heaven. This manna was Jesus. Jesus was without sin. He was the word in the beginning. He was the word of life, the food of life, and the bread, which led people to eternal life. Approximately 2,000 years after Jesus’ ascension, this bread, manna, has been given to the one who overcomes today, according to the promise in Revelation 2. Jesus promised, through the new covenant in Luke 22, we would be able to eat this again when the kingdom of God comes.

The kingdom of God is the creation of the twelve tribes, which are harvested and sealed in Revelation 7 and 14. It is only from this place the revealed word, the new song, comes out. This is the hidden manna (Rv 2:17). The blood and the flesh of Jesus, in John 6, take on its full effect in the book of Revelation. The kingdom, priests, and the people dressed in white clothes are made through the blood of Jesus (Rv 5:9-10, 7:9-14). People also were able to overcome the battle with the devil, through the blood of Jesus (Rv 12:11). In short, the blood Jesus shed was necessary for the creation of God’s kingdom, the twelve tribes.

Only the pastor who has received the living bread, manna, all the saints on earth must eat, can give it to God’s people. They will gain eternal life by receiving and eating this manna. Can anyone deny this fact? Why do people love those who do not have the food of eternal life, those who are always busy cursing, backbiting, persecuting, and feeding others untruth? Such actions are not leading people to eternal life, but to murder and death. Can anyone say he does not know this?

Today is the era of the theology of the revelation, the living bread from heaven. Shincheonji, which was promised by God, is teaching the revealed word, the manna of heaven, and it is proclaiming heaven and eternal life. Just as it is written in Revelation 2 and 3, the Korean Christian churches have become those who oppose God, and those who are insulting, cursing, and persecuting others. They are preaching commentaries and untruth, which is not the Bible. Which of these two groups is the true orthodoxy acting upon God’s will?

Puppies follow dogs, and the children of man follow man. Those who are born of God’s righteous seed will go to God, whereas those who are born of the devil’s seed will follow the unrighteous devil and also carry out lawless acts.

Believers must be born again of God’s seed in order to become God’s family and His sons. Only when they are born again of God’s seed, can they also attain heaven and eternal life. This is the promise in the new covenant, that is, the New Testament. This is what Shincheonji is working for.

Amen!

Korean Pastors’ Life of Faith & Their Biblical Knowledge

Korean Pastors’ Life of Faith & Their Biblical Knowledge

Main reference: Jer 6:9-15; Mt 13:24-30

Do Korean pastors today have proper knowledge and a life of faith? No, they do not. Instead they have the worst knowledge and life of faith. They neither know the Bible, nor do they believe in it. They believe in the books of commentaries and teach them rather than believing and teaching the Bible. The books of commentaries were made by man’s thoughts, and they are a different gospel (Gal 1:7-8). The fact that Korean pastors have added to and subtracted from the book of Revelation proves they are preaching a different gospel. Out of all nations, it is these Korean pastors who are conducting the utmost wicked actions, and yet they themselves are unaware of this fact. Why can they not realize their own wickedness?

At the time of Jesus' first coming, the Israelites, who were proud of being the only people of heaven, were the most wicked of all the people. They opposed God and the one sent by God instead of accepting them. Just like at the time of the first coming, today at the second coming of the Lord, Korean pastors have become the most vicious. Whether it is at the first or the second coming, evil spirits and evil pastors mobilized themselves to oppose God and the promised pastor, as they appear. This is why the pastors have become so vicious.

There was no reason for them to cause to disputes when they all had the same spirit and they were only together with themselves. Since they shared the same ideology, the same doctrines, the same spirit, and the same pastors, there was no reason to have any conflicts. However, God's holy spirit and its pastor have now appeared. Would the evil spirit and their pastors simply sit still? Since the truth has come, falsehood, false testimonies, and their acts of betrayal are exposed. They have no place to stand anymore. This is why they are attacking God's holy spirit and its pastor with every possible means. Just like at the first coming, they fabricate lies and try to ostracize Shincheonji from society.

Today there is a difference from Jesus’ first coming. Since today is the time for Satan to become seized and go into the Abyss, he is running to the extreme (the devil told Jesus the time had not yet come Rv 20:1-3). At the first coming, however, the time had not yet come for him to be captured, and the devil begged Jesus to send him into a herd of pigs instead of throwing him into the Abyss (Lk 8:27-33). Today, in Revelation 20, the devil is seized and put into the Abyss.

Jesus, who overcame at the first coming (Jn 16:33), fought against and overcame the spirit of the devil, the ruler of the kingdom of the air. He is also attempting to conquer the devil again at the time of the second coming (Rv 6:2). Just as Jesus and the heavenly hosts, the angels, fought and overcame, the male child born from the woman clothed in the sun, moon, and stars, and his brothers fought against and overcame the false pastors—the group of the dragon, the beast with seven heads and ten horns—here on earth.  As they overcame the false pastors, God’s kingdom, authority, and salvation were able to come (Rv 12). By this work of victory, what was lost is now retrieved, and God is able to reign again.

The Bible shows that the sun, moon, and stars symbolilze the Isrealites, who belong to heaven (Gn 37:9-11). The Spiritual Israelites, who believe in Jesus and carry out their life of faith, were once the family of heaven who belonged to God, just like the sun, moon, and stars in the sky.  The New Testament, however, makes known the end of the Spiritual Israelites. The Bible uses the world of nature figuratively and says their end is going to be like the sun, moon, and stars which go dark and fall from the sky (Mt 24:29; Rv 6:12-13).

The Spiritual Israelites, who started through Jesus and his disciples, preached the gospel of heaven for roughly 2,000 years, and Christianity has grown throughout that time period. Today the time of the second coming, which Jesus promised, has now come. Jesus first sent seven stars (the messengers) to begin the work that prepares the way, just like the task of John the Baptist at the first coming. From that time on, the signs of the end of the Spiritual Israelites started to appear. Satan, who is the ruler of the kingdom of the air, and who has been controlling this world, did not simply sit still. He killed little children, both at the times of Moses and of Jesus’ first coming (refer to Ex 1; Mt 2). In the same manner, the persecution against promised pastor begins as all the evil spirits are mobilized to kill the him today (refer to Rv 12). From this time on, the religious world meets extreme tribulation. A spiritual and religious battle begins, and the evil spirits attack the tabernacle of heaven (Rv 13:6). This is how the saints of the church of heaven, the sun, moon, and stars lost their ecclesiastical authority, and they went dark and fell from the sky (heaven) to the earth. They returned to mere flesh. Since the tabernacle of heaven, which represented the Spiritual Israelites, was destroyed, this is the prophesied end of the Spiritual Israelites, the world of Christianity.

Although they belonged to heaven before the end times, they betrayed because of the work of Satan which appeared at the end of the age, and they fell to the earth. At the end of the Spiritual Israelites, who were once part of heaven, the group of Satan appeared and fought against the people of the tabernacle of heaven. These people, however, where unable to overcome the evil (Mt 24; Rv 13). Instead, they were held captive and received the mark on their foreheads and hands, and they worshiped the group of the dragon. This is their act of betrayal against God. This very act caused them to be expelled from heaven and to fall to the earth just like Adam (Rv 6). Those who seized these people became one with Satan, and they carried out the same evil actions as Satan. In fact, this is the life of faith of Korean pastors today.

Adam ate the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil and became one with Satan, the serpent. The Physical Israelites betrayed God and turned into the gentiles by bowing down to gentile gods during the time of Solomon. Likewise, Korean churches bowed down to the god of the Japanese Emperor during the time of Japanese colonization, and they praised foreigns gods. Such an action will not be considered a small sin (refer to Jer 6:9-15). Despite committing this sin, they claim to be the orthodoxy. They make such a claim, only to cover up their own sin.

The end of the New Testament refers to the time when one generation comes to an end, and another generation is created. This is the promise of the New Testament. Why not believe in this truth? Even if God and heaven come near, the devil would not believe it. No matter how much one speaks good words to the devil, will he listen to them? No, he will not. The characteristics and the habits of the devil are different from God’s. The path he will end up taking will be different from God’s path. Consequently, there will be judgment for the devil (refer to Mt 13:24-30).

It says in Hosea 4:6, God’s people are destroyed from lack of knowledge. In Hosea 6:6, God says He desires the acknowledgement of God rather than sacrifice or burnt offerings. If the seminaries and the pastors of this generation had known the true meaning of the Bible, they would neither have been deceived nor held captive, nor would they have betrayed.

Religion holds the purpose of the one and only God, the creator.  Buddhists, Confucianists, and Christians received their religious scriptures from the one and only God. Today there is no one in Confucianism, Buddhism, and Christianity who knows the meaning of thier own scriptures. It is only the one who acts according to the will of the scriptures, the will of the creator, the founder of the religion, who can go to heaven (the world of paradise according to Buddhism). However, believers have not acted according to the will of the creator, because of their lack of understanding pertaining to the will of the scriptures. If there is anyone from those three religions who has mastered the scriptures, all the believers from those three religions must be unitied through this one person who has mastered the scriptures. Only when they do this, will the all religions be unified, and the world will meet peace and rest.

If no one within their religion has yet to master the scriptures, then they must search for the pastor who has mastered them and become one with him. Today the promised pastor (the one who overcomes) who has mastered the Bible is in Shincheonji. All the religious people in the world, for the sake of the unification of religions and world peace, must unite themselves with the pastor who has mastered the Bible.

At the end of the age, people say they are from orthodox denominations, but they make such a claim because of their ignorance in knowing the will of the Bible. Their claim is the result of their arrogance, which was also the result of thier ignorance. They are not the true orthodoxy but are part of the worn-out traditions. The true orthodoxy is the harvested and sealed twelve tribes, the kingdom promised in the New Testament (Rv 7, 14). It is only in this place, heaven, God, and the food of eternal life are found (Rv 2 ~ 3). People carry out wicked actions because God and the word are absent within them. They do not know, they themselves have become the slaves of the devil. They carry out evil deeds because they have the characteristics of the evil spirits. The only thing which can awake them is the word of Revelation (i.e. the revealed word). This word is the way and the true religion. Why are pastors in Korea persecuting the twelve tribes of Shincheonji Church of Jesus Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony (refer to Rv 21:1, 15:4-5)? They are doing so because they have received the spirits of the devil. Will anyone say differently? The twelve tribes of Shincheonji are the promised kingdom of God.

The names of their own denominations are not the promised names in the New Testament. Even their own organizations were made according to their own will. Since truth has appeared, falsehood has been exposed. The place where all nations must come and worship is the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony. The promised kingdom of God is the twelve tribes, Shincheonji. It is the new heaven and new earth, the world which is made new (Rv 21:1-5).

Whoever hates this hates it because he has received the spirit of the devil. As Shincheonji Church of Jesus, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony has been testifying about the fulfillment of Revelation, the wrong teachings of those who have added to and subtracted from Revelation are being exposed. This is why they are persecuting Shincheonji. They are attempting to kill Shincheonji because they are doing among the people something which no one else has done. The commentaries those false pastors teach are not the Bible. They are false testimonies, personal interpretations, and different gospels. These false testimonies are the serpent’s wine of adulteries which have caused all nations to fall (Rv 17, 18). The golden goblet they are holding in their hands (Rv 17:4) is the commentaries containing the wine of adulteries.

The life of faith of the Korean pastors is not the true life of faith. They lack knowledge of the Bible. The knowledge they have is of different gospels, commentaries.

Shincheonji is testifying about the meanings of the prophecies and the physical fulfillment at the same time, according to the 5Ws and 1Hs. Thus, Shincheonji is the city of the greatest truth in the whole world. Heaven, God, Jesus, and the one who overcomes are all in Shincheonji, and the promised kingdom, the twelve tribes are also in Shincheonji. This is the tree of life which bears twelve kinds of crops every month. Whoever eats this fruit will have eternal life. The leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of all nations, and Shincheonji is healing all nations through its leaves.

Amen!

Repent, for the Kingdom of Heaven is Near!

Repent, for the Kingdom of Heaven is Near!

Main reference: Mt 4:17

What was the kingdom of heaven which came near? Why did Jesus ask for repentance? The kingdom of heaven which came near was God’s spiritual realm. He asked for repentance because the chosen people had betrayed.

This was the word Jesus spoke around 2,000 years ago. At that time, God and heaven came to Jesus according to the Old Testament promises. Those who believed in this word and repented, crossed over from death to life and attained salvation (Jn 5:25-29). Whereas, those who did not believe in this word did not receive salvation, but instead became a part of the evil ones and carried out the work of opposition.

Jesus came according to the Old Testament promises, and he fulfilled all which was promised. The pastors at the time, however, betrayed and became one with the gentiles. They became those who opposed and went against Jesus. It was a plain fact, the opposing pastors in each and every generation carried out their work as the spirit of wickedness entered into them.

This was the reality and the fulfillment of the Old Testament (prophecies). How about the reality and the fulfillment of the New Testament (prophecies)? If there is any believer who can speak truthful words, please speak. Those who murdered the Old Testament prophets were the pastors who kept the Law of Moses. The Old Testament prophets prophesied the end of the Israelites in accordance with what they heard and saw. Jesus came and fulfilled what was prophesied through the Old Testament prophets (Jn 19:30). He also proclaimed the gospel of heaven. The legalistic pastors who saw Jesus preach the gospel of heaven, persecuted and killed Jesus. The persecution Jesus and his disciples received was portrayed in Matthew 5, 13, Acts 7, and Luke 20.

Among the words Jesus and his disciples recorded within the New Testament, they prophesied the end of the Spiritual Israelites in the New Testament. Jesus and the apostles who preached this end were killed by the pastors of their time. Today when this New Testament prophecy is being fulfilled, the messengers who prepared the way and the promised pastor have appeared. The promised pastor has seen and heard the fulfillment of the prophecies, and he is testifying about this fulfillment. Because of what he is doing, the pastors have mobilized themselves, and they are persecuting the promised pastor.

Why are they persecuting? Just as Jesus said at the first coming, it is because he is doing among them what no one else has done (Jn 15:24). This was not only speaking about the situation first coming; Jesus also prophesied how it would be the same at the second coming (Mt 23:34; Acts 7:51-53; Rv 12:13). Today, at the second coming, Shincheonji has done among them what no one else has done. Thus, no one will make an excuse, saying, “I have not heard it.”

Our faith should be the faith in the fulfillment of the New Testament. According to what Christians say, even their own pastors have said, “Shincheonji’s testimony is correct.” Despite having said this, why is it they cannot come to Shincheonji? It is because of their thoughts of fear, thinking they might receive persecution from the world of Christianity. It is also because of the authority they have and the fear their congregation members might not trust them anymore. These thoughts, however, are quite wrong. Only when they overcome these thoughts, will they attain salvation.

What kind of kingdom is the kingdom which came near? Jesus and Apostle John (the New John at the time of the fulfillment) went up to this heaven and came back (Jn 3:13; Rv 4, 5, 21). These two people went to heaven, and they saw and heard many things. Jesus saw and heard the things of the Old Testament. He received the revealed scroll and testified about the fulfillment of the Old Testament. As for the New Testament, Apostle John saw and recorded a vision he received on the island of Patmos. Roughly 2,000 years later, the New John today has seen and testified about its fulfillment.

What we need to see and believe today is not the fulfillment of the Old Testament, which is the revelation at the first coming; now is the time to believe in the revelation of the New Testament. Moses saw what was in heaven, and he fulfilled it accordingly. Jesus, too, saw what was in heaven and accomplished it according to what he saw. Today the New John has seen what was in heaven, and he has fulfilled it together with the Lord. Since there is the fulfillment at this time, we need the revelation of today.

No one knows God, heaven, and the one sent by God except the ones who receive this revelation. Jesus promised the one who overcomes would receive the food of eternal life, the authority to judge, and the iron scepter to rule over all nations (Rv 2). Furthermore, God, Jesus, and heaven will descend upon the one who overcomes (Rv 3).

Today, we in Shincheonji have proclaimed the heaven of the second coming, not the heaven of the first coming, has come to the one who overcomes in Shincheonji. Now that heaven is near, we have also preached and asked for repentance several times.

The reward for those who believe in the New Testament and the punishment for those who do not believe will be determined by the judge of Shincheonji. How can the ones who are persecuting attain salvation? Politicians, pastors, and even the press must depart from any personal matters, and as they are born again of the culture of heaven, this country will be even more blessed. Blessings have come very near to us. No one in this world can come to heaven and Jesus except through the one who overcomes. No one among the Buddhists and Confucianists understands their own scriptures. No one among them has acted according to their scriptures. How then can they receive salvation? Only hell waits unless people are born again of the fruit of the tree of life in Shincheonji. People must know before they speak, and they must speak truth.

Shincheonji is the greatest city of truth within the 6,000 years of God’s history. The reason why it is the greatest city of truth is because Shincheonji has been established through the holy spirit of truth (refer to Jn 14:26, 16:13-15, 25). It is in Shincheonji the truth which the Bible refers to exists. I am making this known to people once again that the eternal truth no one else can transgress is in Shincheonji. I am praying everyone will live through this truth.

Amen!

The Differences between the Prophecy & the Fulfillment of the First and Second Coming of Jesus

The Differences between the Prophecy & the Fulfillment of the First and Second Coming of Jesus

Main references: Jn 19:30; Rv 21:6

How different are the promises of God, the prophecy and the fulfillment, of the Old and New Testaments? The information written below is a brief explanation regarding the unique differences between the two.

The Physical Israelites, the descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, did not keep the covenant with God (Ex 19:5-6), and they betrayed. Thus, God had to prophesy future events through many Old Testament prophets. Roughly 600 to 700 years after those prophecies were proclaimed, heaven and God came to Jesus and fulfilled them all (Jn 19:30).

First, God sent John the Baptist, the messenger who prepared the way, and Jesus, the pastor of the covenant, according to the prophecies in Isaiah and Malachi. God allowed Jesus to be born in Bethlehem just as it was prophesied in Micah (Mic 5:2-3; Mt 1:22-23), and God came to Jesus and dwelled with him (Mt 3:16-17).

The son, Jesus, sowed the seed of God, just as God had promised to Jeremiah (Jer 31:27). God spoke about hidden things, things from of old, in parables, and He proclaimed them to future descendants (Ps 78:2; Mt 13:24-30, 34-35). In addition, Jesus prophesied future events in the New Testament (Lk 22:14-20), and he bore the sins of all people and died. Three days after Jesus died, he resurrected and ascended to heaven (Jn 19 ~ 21; Acts 1:11).

God spoke to several prophets about the Old Testament prophecies, and they were proclaimed for about 600-700 years. When they were fulfilled, however, it only took three years for them to be fulfilled. Regarding the New Testament, Jesus and his disciple, John, spoke about the prophecies for the future. The rest of the disciples recorded what they had seen and heard during the first coming. It took roughly 2,000 years for the prophecies in the New Testament to be proclaimed to the whole world as a testimony.

Jesus, at the second coming, returns to the field where the seed was sown. He returns to the field to harvest according to the promises. This time will be like the days of Noah, Lot, and of the first coming (Mt 23). It is only when the events of Mt 24 take place—God’s tabernacle (church) is destroyed, and when the destroyer stands in the holy place—that the Lord will come with angels and harvest from the North, South, East, and West, and create a new kingdom. This is the New Testament and the promise, which the Lord asked us to believe.

The following is a brief summary of the New Testament promise.

At a time when Spiritual Israel ends and becomes corrupt just like Physical Israel, God sends the seven stars who prepare the way for the work of God. Just like at the time of the first coming, Satan’s pastors, the Nicolaitans, invade the tabernacle of the seven stars. They feed the saints of the tabernacle the teachings of idols and the food sacrificed to idols, and they entice the saints into committing adultery. The seven pastors (messengers), who prepare the way, cannot overcome, and as a consequence, they receive the mark from the seven pastors of Satan and worship them (Rv 13). This is how the event of betrayal first takes place. As a result, they are destroyed, and they become slaves as they are captured. Just as Matthew 24 and Revelation 13 portray, when this event takes place, the Lord comes with the angels to harvest.

The New Testament and Revelation record the events of the betrayers, the destroyers, and of the promised pastor, the savior. These were recorded so that when they take place, we will see and believe (Jn 14:29). Whoever believes will attain salvation, but whoever does not believe will be judged, just like at the time of the first coming (refer to Mt 23).

The betrayers were the Spiritual Israelites. The destroyers were the pastors from the Stewardship Education Center. Those pastors were referred to as the Nicolaitans, who were similar to the serpent-like Pharisees, who had the spirit of Satan. The savior is the pastor promised in Revelation 2 and 3. He is the one who overcomes in Revelation 12.

At the end of the age, God establishes His temple, the Tabernacle Church (Tabernacle Temple), which represents all the churches on earth. This is not the physical temple of Jerusalem in Zion, located in Physical Israel. This physical temple is used figuratively (refer to Mt 24:15-16). This event took place at the end of the earth, in the East, which is the Republic of Korea.

The physical realities from Revelation 1, 2, and 3 have appeared at this location. The actual entities from the books of Matthew 24, Revelation 13, 7, and 14 has appeared as well. Furthermore, the events of Revelation 12 have also taken place.

At the time of Revelation’s fulfillment, the one who overcomes, and his brothers in Revelation 12, are taken as the seed to create God’s new kingdom. The kingdom, which is established through them, is the twelve tribes in Revelation 7 and 14, and they become God’s people. The saints must remember the Bible verses, such as Matthew 21:43, which God calls those who were not His own (God’s chosen people, the Physical Israelites) as His own people.

Jesus fulfilled the Old Testament at the first coming (Jn 19:30). The pastors of Israel at that time could not believe in the fulfillment due to the lack of their Biblical knowledge (Hos 4:6). The prophecies of the New Testament have been fulfilled today just as they were recorded (Rv 21:6). The pastors of the New Testament, however, do not believe in the fulfillment out of their ignorance of the Biblical knowledge, and they are persecuting the fulfillment once again.

If one does not believe in the prophecy and its fulfillment, his faith becomes futile. Why do the pastors at the end of the age not believe, but rather persecute instead? It is because they became corrupt, and part of Satan’s group. It is also because they returned to mere flesh after having started with the holy spirit (refer to Gal 3:3). Although they belonged to heaven, they fell to the earth (refer to Rv 6:13). At a time like this, we in Shincheonji Church of Jesus, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony, have been harvested to God’s barn. We have been sealed by the word of Revelation, and we have been registered at the twelve tribes, the new kingdom of the promise. We have learned the prophecy and the fulfillment of Revelation without adding to it and/or subtracting from it. Our names have also been written in the book of life. Furthermore, God and heaven are with Shincheonji. (This is why the pastors are persecuting Shincheonji and causing a commotion, just like at the time of the first coming.)

This is the promise and the word of the Bible, which all saints must believe and keep. Anyone who does not believe in the fulfillment does not believe in God or the word of the Bible.

Believers at the end of the age must know who they are and where they are according to the Bible. At the end of the age of the Spiritual Israelites, believers will attain salvation only if they follow the promised pastor instead of their own pastors. They must become people who keep God’s promises. Is this word not true?

Just as someone who has tasted water knows what water tastes like, if one tastes Shincheonji’s word of Revelation, they will be able to distinguish between the fruit of life and the fruit of good and evil. A fool will not be cured from foolishness until he dies, but even a dead spirit will live again if he receives God’s breath of life. No one in this world will be qualified for receiving salvation unless people are born again. It is only when one is born of God’s spirit and God’s seed will they attain salvation.

Since the promised kingdom of heaven is near, everyone must repent and be born again. Shincheonji is praying for this.

Amen!

The Idol in the New Testament & the Resurrection of the Dead

The Idol in the New Testament
& the Resurrection of the Dead

Main references: Rv 13, Rv 20

What is the idol in the New Testament? What kind of resurrection is the resurrection of the dead? The New Testament refers to a new promise. The idol refers to something which is not of the truth. The resurrection of the dead is referring to how the dead spirit, not the dead flesh, comes back to life.

God fulfilled the promise He had established with Abraham at the time of Moses (Ex 12:37-41). God also fulfilled the promises He had made through the Old Testament prophets during the time of Jesus’ first coming (Jn 19:30). Likewise, the promises in the New Testament will also be fulfilled at the time of the second coming (Rv 21:6). This is how the Old and the New Testament promises are fulfilled.

What does an idol refer to? People think of an idol as something made of stones, wood, or iron such as the image of Buddha in a Buddhist temple. This type of idol is nothing but an image, which neither benefits nor harms people. The true meaning of an idol according to the Bible, however, is a false teacher (Hab 2:18). Daniel 2 also portrays this type of an idol. In fact, the idol was a person; it was a false pastor.

At the time of the first coming, Jesus warned people, “Be on your guard against the yeast of the Pharisees.” Just like the yeast at that time, and the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, which Adam and Eve ate in their time, today there is the wine of adulteries (maddening wine) which has caused all nations to fall according to Revelation 17 and 18. This wine of adulteries is the same as the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, and the yeast which a false pastor gives. Those who feed people this wine of adulteries are the pastors who belong to the group of the dragon, the kingdom of demons. They are the reality of the idol in Daniel 2. They are also the idol, the beast, the dragon, and the serpent, portrayed in Revelation 13. How ignorant they must be that they are unable to understand this word!

The real understanding of worshiping an idol is for someone to believe in something else which is not God, as though it was God, and believing in a church, which is not of God’s denomination (church), as though it was God’s church. It is also believing and serving someone, who is not God’s pastor, as God’s pastor. Furthermore, believing in a different gospel or doctrine, which is not given by God, is also idol worship.

There are two types of people who are referred to as ‘the dead’: People whose flesh has died, and people whose spirit is dead. The physical realities of the dead in Ezekiel 37 were the Jews in Jerusalem during the time of Jesus. It was their spirits, not their flesh, which was dead. In the case of Lazarus and Jesus, it was their flesh which came out of the tombs. The dead, in Revelation 8 and 9, are not the people whose flesh is dead, but rather, they are the people whose spirits are dead. In addition, those who partake in the first resurrection in Revelation 20 refer to the people whose dead spirits come back to life, just like the resurrection spoken of in John 5.

In short, the idol in the book of Revelation refers to a false teacher, a false pastor. ‘Death’, in Rv 8 and 9, refers to the dead spirits of the saints. Being alive (Rv 20) refers to the resurrection of the spirits, which were once dead.

Today’s nation of Babylon (a spiritual kingdom) is like a tree of the knowledge of good and evil (Dn 4:20). Babylon’s doctrines, which are their commentaries—figuratively called the fruit of the tree of knowledge good and evil or the wine of adulteries—have led all nations to go astray and die. What will enable the spirits who have died by eating Babylon’s fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil (Rv 18), to resurrect is the revelation in the New Testament given in Revelation chapter 10. This revelation is with the one who overcomes found in Shincheonji. It is through this word of revelation, which is the fruit and the leaves of the tree of life, that people come back to life again. They are brought back from death to the resurrection of life. This is the promise of the Bible, and it is the fruit of life, the word of revelation.

Whoever believes will receive eternal life and heaven as an inheritance.

The Word of Life

The Word of Life

Main reference: Jn 1:1-4

In the beginning was the word, and the word was God. Life is in this word. Heaven, earth, and all things were created through this word. If one keeps this word, they will live; but if they do not keep this word, they will die. Since we were created by the word, if anyone does not believe in the word or departs from the word, this lifeline will be disconnected from that person. This is because the word itself is life.

‘Man’ was created by the word, and they are protected by the word. Man’s life is in the word, and it is connected to the word. God, who was the word, left man due to their sin. As a consequence, the source of the word which brought life to man, was disconnected. Man was only able to continue to live on the life which was left, and ended up dying as a result; just as if the light of a lamp was snuffed out because the oil was no longer continuing to be refilled. The reason why the lifespan of mankind, the children of Adam, has decreased is because the lifeline, which played the role of the oil for people, was removed from them, and their sins piled up upon one another. Man’s life expectancy has gradually decreased since Adam’s time. People lived for almost 1,000 years at that time, but now people die even before they reach 100 years.

The God of the word of life, left man because of sin. Jesus came and bore the cross in order to resolve the problem of this sin. The cross he took up was necessary to reconnect the lifeline between God and mankind. This allows the God of life, who left us, to come back to us.

If one desires to receive forgiveness of his sin and to attain eternal life, he must believe in Jesus’ word and act according to its meaning. Since life and the power of creation are in the word, even the people in this world have a saying which says, “Mans’ life and his rich and honor belong to heaven.” Now we must enter into the word and become one family with God. In doing so, we will be able to live eternally with God, the origin of life. This will only be possible because of the grace of Jesus’ blood.

God is the word in the beginning (Jn 1:1); Jesus, with whom God dwelled, is also the word in the beginning (1 Jn 1:1-2). In addition, Jesus also said he was the living bread which came from heaven, and that one would live eternally only by drinking his blood and eating his flesh (Jn 6).

Jesus was born from heaven, and he received the revealed scroll, the word of the revelation, just as it is portrayed in Ezekiel chapter 3. This word of the revelation was the living bread from heaven, which leads people to eternal life. Jesus, who received the revelation, stated that no one knows God except the ones who receive the revelation through Jesus (Mt 11:27).

Before this revelation comes, believers only teach and learn through teachings of man, just as Isaiah 29:9-14 explains. They come near to God with their lips, but their hearts are far from Him.

All people on earth today (believers) know the fulfillment of the Old Testament, but they do not know the New Testament, just as Revelation 5 explains. Since no one knows, not even one person, believers have only taught and learned the teachings of man. They come close to the Lord with their lips, but their hearts are far from the Lord.

What believers today must know is not the Old Testament, but the New Testament and its revelation. Believers have been under the fulfillment of the Old Testament until the faith of the New Testament, which should be revealed, comes. But when the faith of the revelation in the New Testament comes, they will no longer be under the supervision of the Old Testament fulfillment, but they will dwell in the faith of the revelation in the New Testament. One will complete his life of faith by believing in the revelation of the New Testament. This is why the scripture says if one adds to and/or subtracts from Revelation, he will be unable to go to heaven and will be cursed (Rv 22:18-19). Is this word a lie? Ask yourself. Ask yourself whether you have added or subtracted from revelation.

The promised pastor in Shincheonji has received the revelation of heaven according to Revelation 10. He is making known this revelation just as he was commanded to do. Whoever goes against this and does not like the promised revelation does so because the spirit of the devil is inside them. The reason why the spirit of the devil is inside is because they are born of the genes of the sinner and of the seed of the devil. Only when this type of person is born again of God’s seed, will God’s spirit, the holy spirit, be able to dwell with them.

The word in the beginning is God, and it is life. God’s seed of life is God’s word (Lk 8:11). Those who are born of God’s seed are God’s sons (children), and they are qualified to call God, Father. These people are not the old self, but they are the re-born new creations and the people of God’s kingdom (heaven). All saints must enter into the word of the revelation in the New Testament, and they must become God’s family, in order to be qualified to go to heaven.

If anyone thinks they are carrying out a true life of faith, and they are qualified to go to heaven, they will be able to know whether their spirit is in darkness/night, or in light/day, by taking a test with the words of the revelation in the New Testament (1 Thes 5). Are you confident about this test?

The true promised pastor, who received the revelation—the living bread from heaven—prays for all people that they will receive the revelation, and will become the family of heaven by understanding and believing in the true will of heaven.

Religion, Betrayal, & a Rebel

Religion, Betrayal, & a Rebel

Main references: Mt 23 , 24

What is religion? What is betrayal, and who is a rebel in a religious sense? ‘Religion’ refers to the education given from, and about, the one and only God, the Creator. ‘Betrayal’ refers to the act of turning ones back from the word of religion (taking the opposite path). A ‘rebel’ or a ‘traitor’ refers to a created being that exalts themselves above the Creator, and opposes the Creator in order to become a ruler.

God created the world of spirits first, and then He created the physical world (flesh). The created ‘god’, that is, an angel, is God’s ministering spirit (Heb 1:14). God created the physical world through the angels (Gn 1:26). Since God created all things, God becomes the Father of all things, and the Creator.

According to what is recorded in the scriptures, the serpent is the devil, Satan, and the dragon (Rv 12:9; Rv 20:2). He was the creature created by God, and he was one of the wild animals (Gn 3:1). The serpent, which was created, deceived Adam and Eve. How did he deceive them? He deceived them with the fruit of the knowledge of good and evil. Eve did not keep God’s word, but instead she believed in the word of the serpent and ate the fruit of the knowledge of good and evil. She also gave it to her husband Adam, to eat (Gn 2-3). The fruit of good and evil refers to two types of doctrines, both good and evil, being mixed together as one. When the serpent betrayed God, he first became good and evil. He also gave Eve the fruit of good and evil, the lie, which would cause people to betrayal, and had her eat that fruit. The fact this serpent deceived Eve with his greed to become higher than God (Jas 1:15), is the same as opposing God.

Let us briefly examine the fruit of the tree of life. According to James 1:18, it says, “He chose to give us birth through the word of truth, that we might be a kind of firstfruits of all He created.” These firstfruits are the 144,000 firstfruits of the twelve tribes in Revelation 14. These are the fruits of the tree of life in Revelation 22, which bears twelve kinds of crops every month. This tree of life symbolizes Jesus.

Just as it has been discussed above, the tree which makes known good and evil was the serpent, and the fruit of good and evil was the false word (teaching), and the mentality of the serpent. God’s word is life (Jn 1:1-4), but the word of the serpent is death.

Who is the serpent, the tree of the knowledge of good and evil? Who was he that Eve believed in his word? The serpent told Eve she would surely not die, even if she ate the fruit of good and evil, and that she would become like God.

2 Thessalonians 2:4 and Ezekiel 28 explain about someone who proclaims himself to be God. Since the scriptures say this person sits in the holy temple of God, he is a leader among the pastors in the religious world. The books of Jude and 2 Peter 2 makes references to the fallen angels who did not keep their positions of authority and abandoned their own home. The guardian cherub in Ezekiel 28 called himself God. This cherub was full of wisdom and a perfect seal. He was adorned with every precious stone, and he was anointed by God. He was in God’s Garden of Eden and walked among the fiery stones. He was blameless because God appointed him, but wickedness was found in him. This cherub was one of the four living creatures. The four living creatures are the archangels who have many heavenly hosts under them (refer to Ez 10). In this way, this cherub became arrogant and proclaimed himself to be God. Since he was the archangel whom God appointed, Eve believed in his word and ate the fruit of good and evil.

God appointed Eve as a helper for her husband Adam, but Eve ended up doing something which killed Adam. God appointed Eve just as he appointed the serpent (the cherub in the Garden of Eden), but Eve betrayed God just as the serpent did. This is how sin entered into people from the angel. ‘Man’ is like heaven, whereas ‘woman’ is like the earth, and represents one of the parts of the body. A woman boasting and ruling over a man is an action which is like Eve who sinned. This is why women in Christianity were not treated well (refer to 1 Cor 14:34).

The main references for this article, Matthew 23 and 24 bear the same meaning. However, Matthew 23 contains the events of the first coming whereas Matthew 24 contains the events for the second coming.

At the time of the first coming, the serpent-like Pharisees (the serpent from Eden), took over Jerusalem. They were sitting in and ruling over the holy temple (Mt 23:2, 33). Even at the time of the second coming, the pastors of Babylon, which is the kingdom of the serpent (the dragon), took over Jerusalem, the temple of Spiritual Israel, and they stood in the holy temple. During the first coming, Jerusalem, the temple of Physical Israel, faced its end. The destroyers were the Pharisees who took over the temple and stood in the holy place. The people, who were destroyed due to their betrayal, were the Jews in Jerusalem who worshiped the Pharisees. This took place just as it was prophesied in Isaiah 1. Likewise, the destruction and the end at the second coming, is upon the tabernacle of heaven (Tabernacle Temple)—spiritual Jerusalem, the temple of Spiritual Israel (Rv 13). The destroyers were the pastors of Babylon, the seven heads and ten horns of the dragon, that is, the Stewardship Education Center. All this took place according to the prophecies recorded in Revelation 13 and Matthew 24.

Both at the first and the second coming, one generation came to an end, and the promised new generation began. Since the prophesied events were fulfilled, the saints must believe in the words of promise and keep those promises. In doing so, they will be able to attain salvation. If one adds to and/ or subtracts from the promised Revelation, how can they recognize when the Lord fulfills the promises? They will not receive salvation because they will be unable to recognize the betrayers, destroyers, and the promised pastor, the savior. They will not be able to recognize even if the destroyers stand in the holy altar. They will drink the wine of adulteries the destroyers give, and stagger as a result (Rv 17).

God and His Son, Jesus, came to the world at the first coming. Jesus made known the betrayers (the pastors of the Physical Israelites), the destroyers (the Pharisees), and the savior (Jesus himself). Jesus also testified about the fulfillment of the Old Testament. Today at the second coming, God, Jesus, and heaven have come to this earth. The promised pastor, the one who overcomes, and who is sent in the name of Jesus, has also come. This messenger of the promise has made known and testified about today’s betrayers and destroyers. He has also made known the fact of who the savior is, and he has testified about how the promised Revelation has been fulfilled. What else do you wish to be fulfilled besides this? What else do you wish to know more besides this?

The prophecies of Revelation have been fulfilled. The promises of God and Jesus have come to pass and have come to an end. The testimony is also finished. At a time like this, there are people who believe, and there are people who do not believe. It is only those who believe who will be able to attain salvation. The kingdom of promise, which was God’s promise and His will, has been created according to Revelation 7 and 14. One generation was put to an end due to its betrayal (Rv 13), and an eternal new generation has begun, that is, the era of Shincheonji (i.e. new heaven and new earth) (refer to Mt 19:27-29).  Those who do not believe in the Bible are not believers. Those who do not keep the promise cannot attain salvation. What we must believe and keep is the New Testament.

I (the promised pastor) did not receive teachings from this world. I was ignorant, and yet, I considered God and God’s word my life. I obeyed them and believed in them. Heaven knows this, and the earth knows this as well. I was nobody, the most foolish and worthless person from the world’s perspective. I was on the bottom, ranked the lowest among all people. They did not like looking at me because I was worthless. One day, I was led by a spirit and started to practice my faith. There was a time when I was harshly persecuted without any reasons. I was in agony and attempted to commit suicide three times. Every time I tried to die, death seemed to get away from me. Even now this world hates this worthless person, but it does not really hate me; it hates the work I have done, and it hates the Lord who has accomplished this work (refer to Jn 15:18-24). I will do all the duties which were given to me; I will do them with the Lord. I do not seek any glory for myself. Any shallow tricks would not work on me.

Among the people who were taught by me, some of them rebelled. There have been quite a few people who have done this against me. Their life of faith was not a true life of faith. It was about greed and authority. All I want is faith, obedience, and love. Whoever strays away from these things is an enemy. Every moment I think about God’s work. I hope no one would even attempt to think about how to use me, or deceive me, or abandon me because I am ignorant and worthless. I own nothing. I do not even have my own life. I, who have been born again, want to live with God eternally in heaven forever.

What I must make known to this generation is the kingdom of heaven in Revelation 21.

Creation of the Sun, Moon, & Stars in Heaven

Creation of the Sun, Moon, & Stars in Heaven

Main reference: Gn 37:9-11

How are the creation and the re-creation of the sun, moon, and stars different in the Old Testament and the New Testament? According to Genesis 1 in the Old Testament, on the fourth day, God created the sun, moon, and stars in the expanse, which was in the middle of the waters. How are these sun, moon, and stars different from the sun, moon, and stars appearing in Matthew 24:29? What do they mean?

The creation, the end, and the re-creation of the sun, moon, and stars in the Old and New Testaments use the logic of the natural world figuratively. The sun, moon, and stars in the Bible are the physical realities of the creation of the kingdom of heaven.

According to the Bible, there are hidden mysteries in the contents of Genesis (Ps 78:2). Jesus spoke in parables in accordance with this promise of God, and he made them known to the future generations (Mt 13:34-35). Jesus also promised he would no longer use this figurative language, but would speak plainly about the Father when the time promised by God comes (Jn 16:25). In fact, according to that very promise, the time when the word is being made known plainly is today.

This is God’s promise and His will. Furthermore, there is a time when people are not supposed to know the secrets of the kingdom of heaven. At a time when those secrets are made known, there are people who are permitted to know them, and there are people who are not permitted to know them.

God has begun His work of restoration since the fall of Adam, and this work has gradually been fulfilled since the time of Abraham. The law was given at the time of Moses; the gospel of heaven was preached in parables at the time of Jesus; and today, the testimony of the physical fulfillment of Revelation is being proclaimed. This is how the work of restoration has been gradually fulfilled.

Genesis 1 does not refer to the creation of the natural world, and yet, God uses the logic of the natural world figuratively to refer to the re-creation of God’s kingdom. There was the corrupt heaven and earth on the first day in Genesis 1. In the midst of this corrupt world, God found one light, and He created heaven on the second day, and He created earth on the third day. On the fourth day, God created the sun, moon, and stars in the expanse, which He had created in the middle of the waters. From this time on, seasons, days, and years started to be marked, and the sun and moon started to govern the day and night. Beginning from Moses’ time, things were, and have been re-created at the time of both, the first and second comings of Jesus.

The dream which God gave to Joseph was concerning the sun, moon, and stars (Gn 37:9-11). This sun, moon, and stars represent the chosen people, the Israelites. The tabernacle of these chosen people was heaven and God’s kingdom of promise.

On the first day in Genesis 1, the earth was formless and empty, and the heaven above was dark. Afterwards, God created heaven and earth again, and He made the sun, moon, and stars on the fourth day to govern the world. This is the creation and the re-creation.

The fact that one generation becomes corrupt and comes to an end indicates the end of the light, the sun, moon, and stars. The sun, moon, and stars are re-created so they can govern in the new heaven and new earth.

At Jesus’ first coming, the Physical Israelites became corrupt and came to an end. It was the end of the Israelites, who were the figurative sun, moon, and stars. Thus, it was also the end of the sun, moon, and stars. At Jesus’ second coming, the sun, moon, and stars also become dark and fall. This is the end of the Spiritual Israelites. The Lord said he would come back after this event takes place.

The sun, moon, and stars are supposed to be in the sky, but the reason they fall to the ground is because of their corruption, and they are brought to an end. The Physical Israelites, the sun, moon, and stars at the first coming came to an end, and the Spiritual Israelites were created through Jesus, the one who overcame (Israel). These Spiritual Israelites are the sun, moon, and stars which are re-created. These sun, moon, and stars, the Spiritual Israelites, also becomes defiled at the Lord’s second coming, and they come to an end just as Revelation 6 and Matthew 24 prophesy.

Before they become defiled, they belong to heaven, but when they become corrupt, they fall to the ground and become part of the earth.

The one who receives a white stone in Revelation 2 judges and brings to an end the betrayers of the Spiritual Israelites (those who fell to the earth) and the beast-like pastors, the destroyers. Afterwards, the twelve tribes of God’s kingdom are created. This is the re-creation of the new heaven and new earth, the sun, moon, and stars. Six thousand years of God’s work proves that He brings to an end the previous generations that went wrong or became degraded, and He re-created a new generation in each and every era. Since mankind is worse than any insects, due to their corruption and sin, how could they perceive the signs of heaven? Are not even rats and frogs able to read the signs of heaven?

All things on earth live from the things of heaven. There is the sun, moon, and stars in the sky. There is air, rain, winds, and clouds in the sky as well. They grant life to all living things on earth. Among all things on earth, we as people also live as a result of the things of heaven.

God’s family, the Israelites, is symbolized by the sun, moon, and stars because their duties are to shine light, brighten up the earth, and to give life. Despite having such duties as light, they betrayed and conducted evil, and therefore, they are no longer able to shine the light. This is why they can no longer dwell in heaven and are thrown away. This is the situation of the Spiritual Israelites who sinned.

Since they have been thrown away from heaven and have become night, how can they understand what is of heaven? According to 1 Thessalonians 5, there is light, and there is darkness. There is night, and there is day. Those who sleep do so at night, and those who work, work during the day.  The children of night (darkness) and the children of day (light) differ from one another, in terms of their affiliation. This very word, in fact, is being fulfilled today in the reality of the New Testament.

The reason why people persecute is because they dwell in darkness, they are ignorant of the word of our Lord. They belong to evil, and that is why they conduct evil. Shincheonji has overcome sin, wickedness, the devil, and untruth. For that reason, God is with Shincheonji. They are the chosen people who have been re-created to be the sun, moon, and stars of heaven. God has permitted us to know the deep things of heaven. Having become the light of life, we are shining in this earth and giving the light of life to the family of darkness, just as John 1:4 describes. We are giving this light of life, only to those who wish to receive.

Shincheonji, who has received the revelation of the New Testament, knows this well. God has descended upon the one who overcomes in accordance with the promises in the Bible (Rv 2 Rv 3). Unless they are dead, everyone will know well that God is accomplishing His will through the one who overcomes. Evil men are born of the seed of the devil, and they belong to the devil. Good men are born of the seed of God, and they are the family who belongs to God.

We belong to heaven. Let us complete our duties of heaven. We must carry out our duties as the light of heaven, the sun, moon, and stars, the duties as the saviors, just like God and Jesus. We must not forget all things can live only when we do all our duties entrusted to us, just like the air, rain, clouds, and winds. These are the duties of the family who belongs to heaven. We must not be like the devil or beasts. The flesh dies due to the sins of each person, and it also lives due to the grace each person received. God feeds and clothes all things in heaven and on the earth. Does God not love His own family more than them?

The new heaven, which God and we are creating today, is the eternal kingdom that remains forever. The qualification for living with the Lord in this kingdom eternally is to resemble the image and the likeness of God. Do not become worthless people like animals. Keep in mind, God’s family is the light of life. I pray that all of us choose to become this light.

Amen!
