Shincheonji - 22 - Two Kinds of Seeds

The correct understanding of the BIBLE and of SHINCHEONJI (The New Heaven and New Earth)
This site and all of its content has been written according to the Bible. Our purpose is to instruct all Christians in a deeper knowledge of God’s word and to lead them to a deeper faith.

Two Kinds of Seeds

How is God’s seed different from Satan’s seed?

About 2,600 years ago, God promised what would happen in the future through the prophet Jeremiah. This prophecy about planting the offspring of men and the offspring of animals in the house of Israel and of Judah (Jer 31:27) was fulfilled about 600 years later when God came to Jesus. Jesus sowed the seed of God and the Pharisees sowed the seed of the devil (Mt 13). Jesus promised to return for the harvest and he ascended to heaven (Mt 13:30, 36-43). Today, it has been roughly 2,000 years since his ascension.

Although there are many kinds of physical seeds in the world, there are only two kinds of spiritual seeds. One is God’s seed and the other is Satan’s seed. Spiritually, seeds represent words or teachings (Lk 8:11; Mt 13). Men can be reborn as children of God or children of Satan, depending on the type of seed they receive. How can we distinguish these two types of people?

According to Jn 3:31-34, “The one who comes from above is superior to all. The one who is from the earth belongs to the earth and speaks about earthly things ... For the one whom God has sent speaks the words of God for God does not give the Spirit sparingly.” People who belong to the world speak from the world's perspective and the world listens to them. Those who are from God know God and obey God’s word. This is how the spirit of truth and the spirit of deceit can be distinguished (1Jn 4:5-6).

Jesus promised a harvest and it is accomplished in the time of Revelation’s fulfillment at the second coming (Rv 14). The 144,000 people of the 12 tribes are harvested as firstfruits (Rev 7:1-8, Rev 14) and as God’s kingdom and priests (Rv 1, Rv 20). After the gathering of the firstfruits, the great multitude comes out of the great tribulation, washes its robes and makes them white in the blood of the Lamb, and is gathered to Mt. Zion. They, too, become God’s people. The 144,000 and the great multitude in white robes are with Jesus as his 12 tribes. They are the only holy and orthodox nation; they are the ones who are saved (Rv 7). When this happens, it is evidence, which cannot be denied. Anyone who continues to deny it does not believe the word of God.

Anyone who persecutes and labels as a cult those who speak the truth is really just trying to cover up their own evil deeds. Anyone who tells lies to slander and gossip is disobedient to God. They are the true cult. What are these lies? I will give a few common examples: the idea of the rapture, the idea that 666 represents a barcode, or that the seven heads and ten horns of the beast are the countries of the European Union. These are all lies – true heresy. The theologians who created these lies and the pastors who speak preach them are the true cult. Anyone who calls the people who have the truth a heretic is a heretic him or herself, born of the seed of Satan (refer to Jn 8).

Shincheonji - 23 - The Promised Harvest, the True Grain, the Weeds

The correct understanding of the BIBLE and of SHINCHEONJI (The New Heaven and New Earth)
This site and all of its content has been written according to the Bible. Our purpose is to instruct all Christians in a deeper knowledge of God’s word and to lead them to a deeper faith.

The Promised Harvest, the True Grain, the Weeds

In the Bible, God promises to reap a harvest and separate the true grain from the weeds. Since the scriptures cannot be broken (Jn 10:35), this harvest must take place. Where does this promised biblical harvest occur? Where does God judge the true grain and the weeds?

To answer these questions, we must know the how the promise was made and how it is fulfilled. God made many promises in the Bible, including the promise with Abraham (Gn 15:13-21). God made a covenant with Moses and his people, but they broke it (Ex 19:5-6; Jer 31:31-32; Heb 8:7-13). This is why Jesus made the new covenant (i.e. the New Testament) according to God's will.

God promised Jeremiah that he would plant a seed (Jer 31:27), and roughly 600 years later, God sowed the spiritual seed of the gospel of heaven through Jesus Christ. This is how God fulfilled his promise in the Old Testament, but Jesus, who sowed the seed of heaven, also promised that the time of the harvest would come (Mt 13:24-30, 36-43). That promise of Jesus is accomplished in the time of Revelation’s fulfillment (Rv 14:14-20).

Jesus sowed the good seed and then the enemy came to scatter the weeds. Thus, two kinds of seeds have been growing together in Jesus' field since the first coming. At the time of harvest, the weeds are bundled together and thrown into the fire, but the true grain are harvested to the kingdom of heaven. Who are these true grain? Is a true grain a person who is harvested or a person who remains in the field? Is a weed harvested or does it stay in the field? The field represents the church and its grain are congregation members. The weeds represent people who remain in their churches instead of being harvested. Why do they stay? They are bundled (like weeds) by their pastors so that they cannot be taken away (Mt 23:13). What happens to these people who remain in the field with their pastors? According to the Bible, they are thrown into the fire. These are the words of Jesus Christ (Mt 13:24-30). Anyone who claims that this is wrong must prove it using the Bible.

What, then, are the firstfruits that are harvested? The seed is the word of God (Lk 8:11), and the 144,000 firstfruits are born again of the word of truth (Jas 1:18; Rv 14:1-5). How and where are they born? They are born of the tree of life, which produces twelve kinds of fruit, yielding its fruit every month(Jn 15:1-8; Rv 22:1-2). The fruit of the tree are the sons of God born of God's seed. The weeds are the sons of the devil (Mt 13:37-39). Anyone who does not accept the word of God belongs to the world, but anyone who listens to the word of God belongs to God (1Jn 4:5-6).

God prophesied to Jeremiah that he would plant the seed, and then Jesus and his disciples sowed the seed to fulfill that prophecy. Today, we go like a thief in the night to the fields where the seed was sown so that we can harvest the true grain (1Thes 5:1-7; Rv 14:14-16). When we do this we act according to the Bible, that is, according to the prophecies and commands of Jesus that relate to the time of Revelation’s fulfillment. Those who are harvested belong to God and are considered true grain (i.e. God's sons born of God's seed). Those who remain in the field are the weeds that are bundled and burned. This is the word of judgment that allows us to distinguish God's children from the weeds (Mt 13:37-43; Jn 4:36-37).

The 12 tribes, being promised in Rv 7, 14, are the gathering place for the true harvested grain. There are people, however, who do not belong to the 12 tribes, but still claim to be orthodox. They still claim to have salvation and to have received the Holy Spirit, but they do not speak according to the Bible. If people who are not members of the 12 tribes claim to be orthodox, what should the 12 tribes of New Spiritual Israel say about themselves? This question is not even worth a response. These people must learn what the Bible really says. Believers in the end times must judge the truth from the lies using the Bible. Now is the time all believers must make the promises of the Bible our way, our truth, and our life.

Shincheonji - 24 - Those Born of the Seed of God and Those Born of the Seed of the Devil

The correct understanding of the BIBLE and of SHINCHEONJI (The New Heaven and New Earth)
This site and all of its content has been written according to the Bible. Our purpose is to instruct all Christians in a deeper knowledge of God’s word and to lead them to a deeper faith.

Those Born of the Seed of God and Those Born of the Seed of the Devil

Since God is love (1Jn 4:8,16), we as believers of God, should love one another. The devil, on the other hand, criticizes and persecutes others by fabricating lies (Acts 7:51-54, Mt 5:10-12). If we are believers of God, we should not perform any deeds of the devil.

Some people carry out their life of faith without realizing whether they were born of the seed of God or the seed of the devil. Some people are even in error, thinking that they are believers of God despite the fact that they criticize and persecute others instead of keeping the Lord's commands. If trees are recognized by their fruit, please consider their deeds. The scriptures record two kinds of seeds - the seed of God and the seed of beasts (of the devil) (Jer 31:27). The seed is the word of spirits (Lk 8:11). In other words, the word of God is the seed of God, and the word of the devil is the seed of the devil. It is the seed from which people are born that determines whether they become God's children or the devil's children. Jesus explains this point in Mt 13, declaring that two kinds of seeds will grow together in the same field until the time of harvest. At the time of harvest, the fruits born of God's seed will be harvested to create God's new kingdom (Mt 13, Rv 14). Those who are not harvested, however, will remain in the field (the church). Whose children are they? This prophecy regarding the harvest in the New Testament should become a reality, should this not?

Paul declares that he is undergoing birth pains (Gal 4:19) and he has begotten people in Christ Jesus through the gospel (1Cor 4:15 NKJV). He also said that he fed people milk (1Cor 3:2) and regarded Timothy as a faithful son (1Cor 4:15-17). Paul even said, "Even though I am absent physically. I am present in spirit" (1Cor 5:3-4). Just as Paul was with people in spirit, we should believe that the spirit of Jesus is always with us (Mt 28:18-20).

Why do people not know the meaning of the scriptures, the promises of Jesus? Is it not because of the absence of the holy spirit (i.e. the spirit of Jesus) and the word? Think about what Jesus declared: "You seek to kill me because my word has no place in you" (Jn 8:37 NKJV).

● The principle of the seed

God has told us to learn from the creation (i. e. nature). The point that Jesus first made known to people in the four gospel books was the close approach of the kingdom of heaven (Mt 4). The point regarding the seed, which is the secret of the kingdom of heaven, was what Jesus first made known to people as well (Mt 13). Let us suppose that someone registers at a church and begins calling out "Lord!" Does being registered at a church and the calling out of the Lord make that person become a believer of Jesus and attain the qualifications to enter heaven? No, it does not! It is not just by calling God "Father" that people become God's children (Jn 8:31-44). Believers of Jesus are those who obey Jesus' words. If anyone desires to become God's child, that person must be born of the spiritual seed of God. Only when people are born again of the word and of the holy spirit of God, can they become believers and the sons of God.

It is a seed that determines what kind of tree will grow. If hearts of people are likened to fields or houses (1Cor 3:9), it is also a seed - whether it is a seed of God or a seed of the devil - sown into hearts of people that determines whose children they become. Let us consider birds to understand this principle regarding the seed. Hens can be likened to fields since they receive seeds from roosters. If there are white, red, and black roosters that have seeds, it is according to the seed of the roosters that the color of chicks is determined. In the case of unfertilized eggs, which do not have seeds from roosters, they cannot hatch. Plants have the same principle. For example, if pumpkin pollen from a stamen is not pollinated with an egg cell of a pistil, it will bear no pumpkins. In the same way, only when the seed of the holy spirit is sown into a field (i. e. heart), and the holy spirit descends on and unites with people, can people be born again as a fruit. Those born of the word and the holy spirit of God can call God "father" and become his sons. People without the seed or the holy spirit cannot have God as their father just by calling God "father." Unlike Paul, who sowed the seed (1Cor 3:6), people without the seed or the holy spirit cannot sow any seeds. Anyone who belongs to the devil is destined to hate and persecute those who belong to God. It is only those who are born of God's word and the holy spirit that are the true believers and can have their hope come true. This is how those born of the seed of God differ from those born of the seed of the devil.

Put in a nutshell, the field in which the seeds have been sown is the church; the two kinds of seeds have been growing together in this field. At the time of harvest, harvesters come to the field in the same way as thieves come, and harvest good grains. Those who are not harvested and remain in the field will become weeds. This is the conclusion of the two kinds of seeds and fruits. If anyone understands this message, that person must pray that God will harvest him or her. Please keep in mind that today is the time of harvest.

Shincheonji - 25 - The Sealed Book and the Evidence that Has Been Revealed

The correct understanding of the BIBLE and of SHINCHEONJI (The New Heaven and New Earth)
This site and all of its content has been written according to the Bible. Our purpose is to instruct all Christians in a deeper knowledge of God’s word and to lead them to a deeper faith.

The Sealed Book and the Evidence that Has Been Revealed

What is the sealed book and what is the book that will be revealed, and what is the book that has been revealed?

• The amazing work that will be revealed

Many pastors and theologians claim “We have received the Holy Spirit. We are saved. We are orthodox. Those people are a cult.” Does God approve of what they say and believe. The Bible says otherwise. Jesus asked whether he would be able to find any faith when he returns (Lk 18:8). The prophecies in Revelation record that all nations are destroyed through deception, and that the world commits immoral acts with the devil. She lives in sensual luxury while selling the wine of her adulteries (Rv 17, 18). At a time like this, should you trust anyone or anything except the Bible?

According to Is 29:9-14, heads are covered, eyes are closed, and the seers and prophets are shocked and amazed. The book (the revealed word) is sealed to them. They proclaim the teachings of men and not the revealed word of God. The hearts of those who receive the teachings of men are far from God. They have become gentiles. Can there be salvation for a blind pastor or for the blind people he teaches? This is when God promised to do something absolutely extraordinary.

When will God accomplish this extraordinary deed? God told the prophet Habakkuk that every vision has an appointed time when it will be fulfilled (Hb 1:1, 2:2-3). Who, then, will fulfill it? How will it be fulfilled? After the chosen people betray and are taken captive by the gentiles, God comes to the Son of Man described in Ez 1-3. He shows him the open scroll that was formerly sealed (the sealed book), and tells the Son of Man to eat it. God commands the Son of Man to speak on his behalf to the Israelites who betrayed him and are being held captive. This sealed book represents the Old Testament and its prophecies. Jesus fulfilled this prophecy at the time of the first coming.

At the time of the first coming, Israel belonged spiritually to the devil and physically to the Roman Empire. God came to Jesus and gave Jesus his word. Jesus, according to the prophecy in Ezekiel, went to preach to the Israelites who rebelled against God (Mt 15:24; 1Jn 2:1). When Jesus came, he fulfilled the Old Testament prophecies of Isaiah, Habakkuk, and Ezekiel.

• The New Testament’s sealed book (Revelation)

As mentioned, the portions of the Old Testament that were a sealed book (i.e. the visions and prophecies) were fulfilled by Jesus (Jn 19:30). Who, then, will fulfill the sealed scroll that is in God’s hand in Revelation? Who will fulfill Jesus’ New Testament promises and how will they be fulfilled? This book, which has words written on the front and back, was given to Jesus according to Rv 5:7. Its physical fulfillment has also appeared accordingly as Jesus broke each of the seven seals (Rv 6, 8:1-2). The book Jesus opened was given to an angel and that angel gave it to Apostle John. According to Rv 10, the angel told John to eat the scroll and commanded him to preach it to the many peoples, nations, languages and kings held captive by the dragon’s beast with the seven heads and ten horns (Babylon). John is proclaiming the prophecies and fulfillment of the entire book of Revelation, which is what he saw and heard. John also proclaims God’s revealed word just as Jesus did at the first coming (Rv 1:2). He fought against the enemy and overcame him. His victory allowed him to harvest people and create the 12 tribes (Rv 12, 7). Apostle John does all of this according to the words of the sealed book just as Jesus did at the first coming (Jn 16:33; Mt 19:28).

The problem is no one in heaven or on earth or under the earth was able to open or look into this sealed book (Rv 5:3-4). Only one person can open, receive, and proclaim the open book. Today, believers must decide whether they want to follow pastors who preach the thoughts of men or the pastor who teaches the original and orthodox revelation from heaven. They must decide whether they are going to remain in their own churches or join the promised 12 tribes. Everyone must discern which route is in line with God’s will. They must choose between the open, revealed book from heaven (Rv 10) and the teachings of men. Both use the Bible, but one speaks the revelation of God and the others speak the thoughts of men. Please listen to both and decide (Jb 34:3-4). Obviously the revelation of God is not the same as the teachings of men. If people who follow the teachings of men call the revelation the cult, does that mean it is true? Who is the true heretic?

Shincheonji - 26 - The Prophecies of the Old and New Testaments and Their Fulfillment

The correct understanding of the BIBLE and of SHINCHEONJI (The New Heaven and New Earth)
This site and all of its content has been written according to the Bible. Our purpose is to instruct all Christians in a deeper knowledge of God’s word and to lead them to a deeper faith.

The Prophecies of the Old and New Testaments and Their Fulfillment

Since the scriptures cannot be broken (Jn 10:35), a tree must be known by its fruit (Mt 7:15-20). People will also be judged according to what they have done as is recorded in the “books” (Rv 20:12). It was Jesus who fulfilled the prophecies of the Old Testament that were given through the prophets (Jn 19:30), and it is the one who overcomes (Rv 21:6) who fulfills the prophecies of the New Testament that Jesus gave through his disciples. Pastors who have become accustomed to the teachings of men will be astounded with wonder upon wonder when they see the Bible being fulfilled (Is 29:9-14). This revelation, as recorded, is the mystery of mysteries, and we know it awaits an appointed time (Hb 2:2-3) when the chosen are captured by gentiles. According to prophecies about the time of fulfillment, the Son of Man had to receive the open scroll and speak on behalf of God to the hardened and obsolete Israelites (Ez 1, 2, 3). This was fulfilled 600 years later through Jesus to whom God had come (Mt 15:24).

Likewise, the New Testament also prophesies that God’s chosen pastor must receive the open scroll from the angel sent by Jesus, and he must then prophesy to a certain group of people (Rv 10). Jesus takes this scroll from the hand of God, and then he opens it. No one in heaven or on earth or under the earth could open the scroll except for Jesus (Rv 5:1-7, Rv 6, 8:1-2). Only the one who receives this word of revelation from Jesus can deliver its content to others (Rv 10). This person has seen and heard the physical realities of all the events of Revelation. This person has also received the open word of revelation (Rv 1:1-3). Believers can only understand and do the will of God if they learn from this pastor who has received the word of revelation. Again, they can only be saved by receiving the testimony of the one who receives the open scroll, the one who sees and hears Revelation. In Rv 22:18-19, it says that no one who adds or takes away from the word of Revelation can be saved.

Ask yourself if you know Revelation. Do not deceive yourself before God so that you can be taught and saved. Stop lying to yourself and others, saying you are saved or that you are orthodox. Please be honest and repent so that you can learn. Today is like the days of Noah. Only those who obey the word and get on the ark can be saved. In Mt 24:37-39, the days of the Son of Man will be like the days of Noah, because anyone who refused to listen to Noah was destroyed. On the plus side, however, anyone who listened to Noah was saved. Do you truly believe in this word?

Let us all be saved by believing in this word of truth.

Shincheonji - 27 - The Life of Faith and the End of the Age

The correct understanding of the BIBLE and of SHINCHEONJI (The New Heaven and New Earth)
This site and all of its content has been written according to the Bible. Our purpose is to instruct all Christians in a deeper knowledge of God’s word and to lead them to a deeper faith.

The Life of Faith and the End of the Age

Is the scriptural “the end of the age” the end of religion or the end of all humanity?
The end of the age is the end of believers. The world-wide end will occur one thousand years after Jesus returns. Even as this world-wide end takes place, however, true believers will remain and will receive blessings – this is what the Bible testifies (Rv 20). What has Jesus told Christians about the generations to come?

I’d like to ask some questions to people who are confident in their biblical knowledge, people who claim to be orthodox, and people who claim to have already been saved and to have already received the holy spirit. Please answer the following questions:

○  Who persecuted and killed the Old Testament prophets God sent to his people? Why did they kill the prophets? (Mt 23:34-35)

○  Jesus was the son of God. God was dwelling within him. Who persecuted and killed Jesus and his disciples? (Mt 27; Acts 7)

○  Who killed the two witnesses who stand before the Lord of the earth at the second coming? (Rv 11:1-10)

○  Who destroyed the temple of Jerusalem? (Mt 24:1-29)

○  Who defeated the congregation members of the Tabernacle Temple (heaven), forcing them to receive a mark on their right hand or on their forehead? (Rv 13)

○  Who are the kings of the earth that have committed sexual immorality with the prostitute? Who are the inhabitants of the earth that have became drunk with the wine of her adulteries? (Rv 17:1-5)

○  What does “the maddening wine of adultery” represent? What are the boundaries of all the nations that have fallen? (Rv 18:2-3)

○  What are the goods of Babylon by which its merchants grew rich? (Rv 18:3)

○  Who are the people that became rich through these Babylonian goods: who are the captains of the ships, the sailors, and all who make their living from the sea? (Rv 18:15-19)

○  Who are the people from the deceived nations that marry the devil? When and where does this marriage take place? (Rv 18:23)

○  Babylon refers to the seven heads and the beast with ten horns. The seven heads are seven mountains and seven kings, and the ten horns are ten kings (Rv 17:7-12). No one who receives their mark can go to heaven. When and where does this group of the beast appear and who are they? (Rv 14:9-11)

Jesus asked, “When the son of man comes, will he find faith on earth?” (Lk 18:8). If this is the case, how can people claim, “We are living at the end of the age. We are orthodox. We have been already saved and have received the holy spirit,”? If they really have received the holy spirit, why do they not understand the meaning of the scriptures? Does the holy spirit not master even the deepest things of God (1Cor 2:10)?

○  According to Jesus’ words in Rv 12, it is only when God’s people fight against and defeat the group of the dragon that God’s salvation, kingdom, power, and authority can finally come. When is this time?

○  It is only after the sun and moon go dark, after the stars fall from the sky, that the 144,000 of the 12 tribes and the great multitude in white robes appear (Rv 6, 7). Can people obtain salvation without belonging to these 12 tribes? Is it even relevant to call someone orthodox – to say that they have already obtained salvation and received the holy spirit – before the 12 tribes are established?
○  Anyone who yearns for salvation must ask such questions. Rv 16 declares that evil spirits that look like frogs come out of false prophets. These evil spirits gather all the kings of the earth to battle against God and his people. Who are these kings that belong to the evil spirits? (Rv 16:13-16)

It was and is the pastors or religious leaders of each generation who killed the prophets of the Old Testament whom God sent. They killed Jesus and his disciples. They killed God’s chosen people – the people who participate in the events of Revelation – and the two witnesses at the second coming (Acts 7:51-54; Lk 20:9-19; Rv 11). Let us humble ourselves rather than trying to lift ourselves up higher. Let us also repent and believe the word with obedience.

Believers of the end of the age must seek the 12 tribes (Rv 7) and the one pastor who receives the scroll from heaven (Rv 10). They must seek the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony because it is the place at which those who overcome gather and the place to which all nations must come and worship (Rv 15). Just as it has been throughout the last 6,000 years of biblical history, people can escape from death and achieve life only when they find the place where the Bible has been mastered, which is also the place that is the most severely persecuted.

Shincheonji - 28 - Today’s Faith Check-Up

The correct understanding of the BIBLE and of SHINCHEONJI (The New Heaven and New Earth)
This site and all of its content has been written according to the Bible. Our purpose is to instruct all Christians in a deeper knowledge of God’s word and to lead them to a deeper faith.

 - Today’s Faith Check-Up -

Since the scriptures cannot be broken (Jn 10:35), everyone’s deeds will be judged according to what is written in the book (Rv 20:12).

Catholicism emerged from Judaism, and Protestantism emerged from Catholicism. Now Protestants have splintered into hundreds if not thousands of denominations that each claim to be orthodox and to have received the holy spirit. Can this be true?

Jesus asked whether or not he would find faith on earth when he returns (Lk 18:8). The Bible says that all nations have been deceived and have married the devil (Rev 18:23). It says the sun, moon and stars will darken and fall (Mt 24:29; Rv 6:12-13), Jerusalem will be destroyed (Mt 24), and that the second coming will be like the time of Lot and the time of Noah (Mt 24:37-39). Can anyone say that they the only orthodox people who are saved after reading these passages? The prophecies of Revelation say that no one who adds to or subtracts from the Bible’s words of prophecy can enter the kingdom of heaven (Rv 22:18-19). I would like to ask one question to everyone who claims to be saved. Do you truly know and understand Revelation without adding to it or subtracting from it? If you do not, how can you claim to be saved or to be orthodox? Jesus said in Rv 10 and Rv 22:16 that he sends his messenger to testify about these things for the churches. Who else, apart from this messenger of Jesus, can testify about Revelation?

If you met Jesus’ messenger, would you listen to him? Would you persecute him as a heretic? You can hide from men, but you cannot hide from God. Let us become honest believers. Let us repent, understand the truth, believe, and be saved. People who have learned only the teachings of men cannot understand the word of revelation that is taught by the holy spirit. Just as Jesus and his disciples were persecuted in the time of the first coming, these people persecute the messenger sent by Jesus by calling him a cult leader. Today, this one messenger sent by Jesus has come into the world (Rv 10; Ez 2-3).

Shincheonji - 29 - The Prophecies of the New Testament and Their Fulfillment

The correct understanding of the BIBLE and of SHINCHEONJI (The New Heaven and New Earth)
This site and all of its content has been written according to the Bible. Our purpose is to instruct all Christians in a deeper knowledge of God’s word and to lead them to a deeper faith.

The Prophecies of the New Testament and Their Fulfillment

The holy spirit can master the deepest things of heaven (1Cor 2:10). Our faith must be accompanied by knowledge of the word. We should speak from the Bible, answering questions using only the Bible.

I would like to ask everyone who reads this article: How many of the New Testament prophecies do you know? Do you merely claim to believe without knowing the word? What are the two nations that battle against each other in Matthew 24 and Revelation? Who are the destroyers that stand on holy place? To which mountain must people flee in the midst of this destruction? What are the sun and moon that go dark? What are the stars that fall? If Jesus comes with his angels with a loud trumpet blast and gathers his elect from the north, south, east, and west (Mt 24:31; Lk 13:29), where is the place to which he gathers them? If the elect are gathered at the wedding banquet of the kingdom of heaven, where is the banquet located? What does it mean for the scriptures to say that the days of the Son of Man will be like the days of Noah (Mt 24:37-39)? What does it mean for Jesus to come like a thief bringing his angels for the harvest (1Thes 5:1-3; Mt 13:39)? If the distribution of the food at the proper time coincides with this harvest (Mt 24:45-47), who is the one that gives people their food at the proper time? What does this food represent? If those who prepare the lamp and the oil can receive the Lord, what do the lamp and oil represent? Who is the one that sells the oil (Mt 25:1-13)? What do the wedding clothes represent (Mt 22:1-14)?

When God promised that Elijah would come before the messenger of the covenant, he was talking about John the Baptist (Mt 11:10-14, 17:10-13; Lk 1:13-17). When God promised to come, he fulfilled it by coming to Jesus (Ps 118:26; Jn 5:43). This is why Jesus referred to John the Baptist as Elijah. Jesus also said he had come in the name of God and that seeing him was like seeing the father (Jn 12:44-45). The Spirit of truth (the Counselor or Advocate), whom Jesus sends in his own name, is the spirit who speaks on Jesus' behalf. If that spirit dwells within a person, how should we address that person (Jn 14)? Isn’t it better to be able to answer these questions than to rashly persecute those who can answer them?

In the book of Revelation, which is a prophecy (i.e. revelation through visions), the revelation is passed down from God to Jesus, from Jesus to his angel, and from the angel to Apostle John. Finally, John testifies to the servants about the word of God and the testimony of Jesus – what he sees and hears (Rv 1:1-3). Since the testimony of John, who speaks on Jesus' behalf, is the same as the testimony of Jesus, anyone who refuses to accept John's testimony is refusing Jesus' testimony. Please also notice that the “one who reads” the book of Revelation is different from “those who hear it” (Rv 1:3).

Today, God, Jesus, the angel, and Apostle John are all spirits. Revelation, however, must become a physical reality just as the Old Testament became a physical reality in Jesus. Who, then, is the promised pastor (messenger) that testifies about the revealed word in Rv 10 and the physical fulfillment of all the chapters of Revelation after seeing and hearing them in reality? Is there anyone confident enough to say, "I can believe the physical fulfillment without understanding anything of these things you have mentioned!”?

Who are the seven messengers promised in Revelation 2 and 3? Who are the Nicolaitans (i.e. Satan)? What do the fruit of the tree of life, the hidden manna, the white stone, and the iron scepter that rules over all nations each represent? What does it mean to be written in the book of life? What does it mean for the one who overcomes to have God's name, the name of the holy city, and Jesus' new name written on him? Who is the one that defeats the Nicolaitans and is rewarded with right to sit on the throne of Jesus? Are you sure it is acceptable not to know these things?

Who belongs to the kingdom of God and its priests that were purchased by the blood of Jesus in Rv 5? If anyone who has truly witnessed these events were to proclaim what he saw and heard, would he not be persecuted as a heretic? What does it mean when Rev 6 says that the sun and moon become dark and that the stars fall to the earth? How can we understand the disappearance of heaven and earth? Who are the people that hide themselves after being abandoned? In Rev 7, who are the 144,000 of the 12 tribes sealed by God and who are the great multitude dressed in white robes? When and where do these people appear in reality? Can anyone be considered orthodox or be saved without belonging to the 12 tribes? Please answer these questions.

What do the seven trumpets in Rv 8 indicate? Rev 9 mentions horses with tails that have heads on them. If fire, smoke, and sulfur come out of their mouths to kill a third of humanity, what is the physical reality of this killing? When and where does this disaster occur? Who is the one that eats the revealed scroll from heaven and who are the peoples, nations, languages, and kings that receive the revealed words in Rv 10?

What does the beast of Rv 11 represent? Who are the two witnesses that are killed by the beast? Where and through whom is the seventh trumpet sounded? Can anyone receive salvation without hearing the sound of the seventh trumpet? Anyone who wants to claim to be orthodox or to have already been saved must be able to answer to these questions. Should we believe that members of a denomination that once worshipped the Japanese emperor instead of God are orthodox or that they have already been saved?

If the salvation, power, and kingdom of God (heaven) come when the group of the beast is overcome in Rv 12, and the fulfillment of these events are proclaimed from heaven, which heaven is it? Who are the woman, her male child, and the group of the dragon that are mentioned in Rev 12? Who are the people mentioned in Rv 13 that receive the mark of the beast and then worship him? When and where do they appear? Shouldn’t we be aware of all of these things?

What is Mt. Zion in Rv 14? Who are the 144,000 firstfruits that have the name of God and the name of the Lamb written on their foreheads and that sing a new song before the throne at Mt. Zion? What is the new song that they sing before the throne? Where is the sea of glass by which those who have conquered the beast and his image and the number of his name stand (Rv 15)? Where is the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony to which all nations come and worship?

Who are the ones on whom the bowls of God's wrath are poured because of their betrayal (Rv 16)? Where is the throne of the beast? Rev 16 also mentions evil spirits that come out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. After coming out of their mouths, the spirits gather all the kings of the earth to Armageddon to wage war against God. Who are these kings of the earth? Where do the kings of the earth belong and with whom do they side? The kings of the earth commit sexual immorality with the prostitute who sits on the seven heads and ten horns of the dragon, and all the inhabitants of the earth become drunk with the wine of her immorality (Rv 17). What is the true identity of this wine of immorality? Do you think all the kings and inhabitants of the earth who unite themselves with the prostitute will obtain salvation?

What is the wine of immorality that causes all the nations to fall in Rv 18? Who are the merchants, the captains of every ship, the sailors, and their passengers? Who are the ones that marry the devil? When and where do they appear? After this event, people are invited to the wedding banquet of the Lamb; they come from the north, south, east, and west (Rv 19). Where is this wedding banquet held? From where are the people who are gathered coming? If Rv 20 testifies that the people whose flesh has united with the spirits will reign as kings with Christ for one thousand years, where does this happen? When do the first heaven and first earth disappear (Rv 21)? Where are the new heaven and new earth? Where does the holy city descend from heaven? Who are the ones that tell lies to confuse others instead of believing in these events when they become physical realities? Have those liars seen and heard the physical fulfillment of Revelation? Who are the ones that have God's name written on their foreheads and that reign as kings for ever and ever in Rv 22? What is the holy city that has the tree of life bearing 12 kinds of fruit? What is the water in which we must wash our robes to enter the holy city? What does it mean when the scriptures say that names are written in the book of life? Who are the dogs, sorcerers, idolaters, sexually immoral, and liars? What is the idol that these idolaters have worshipped? Furthermore, who are the spirit and bride? Who are the ones that add to or take away from the words of Revelation?

Please judge for yourself the identity of the true heretics. Is it those who understand the answers to all these questions and obey, or is it those who neither know the word nor obey it? Can anyone become orthodox and receive both the spirit and salvation without belonging to the 12 tribes of God or the multitude dressed in the white robes that are promised in Revelation? Anyone who wants to know the answers to all of these questions should come to learn the new song at Mt. Zion – the place promised in the Bible – so that they might become a good grain (Rv 14:1-3). Today, there is a place where the physical fulfillment of the New Testament has appeared. The testimony about this fulfillment is being proclaimed, just as Jesus fulfilled the prophecies of the Old Testament at the first coming and testified about that fulfillment. Do not allow your ecclesiastical authority make you arrogant. Humble yourself and speak only the truth. Only when you repent, learn, and believe the words with obedience, can there be salvation for you. Again, today is the time of Revelation’s fulfillment.

Shincheonji - 30 - The Fulfillment of Revelation, Which is the Promised Prophecy

The correct understanding of the BIBLE and of SHINCHEONJI (The New Heaven and New Earth)
This site and all of its content has been written according to the Bible. Our purpose is to instruct all Christians in a deeper knowledge of God’s word and to lead them to a deeper faith.

The Fulfillment of Revelation, Which is the Promised Prophecy

Jesus will fulfill the New Testament (Rv 21:6) just as he fulfilled the Old Testament (Jn 19:30).

The prophecies in the four gospels are the same as the prophecies of Revelation. Prophecies are given so that we can believe when they are fulfilled (Jn 14:29). How is it, then, that they are fulfilled? Both the Old and New Testament refer to the work of a messenger that must “prepare the way” (Rv 1, 2, 3). During this work of preparing the way, pastors that belong to Satan invade the tabernacle of heaven. These pastors entice people to eat food sacrificed to idols and to commit sexual immorality with Satan. This is when Jesus chooses one pastor to send his letters to the seven messengers who play the role of the seven golden lampstands that prepare the way. The letters ask the messengers to repent, and say that the blessings recorded in Rv 2 and 3 will be given to the one who overcomes the invading Nicolaitans. The fulfillment of Rv 2 and 3 is equivalent to the fulfillment of all the chapters of Revelation. Although the seven messengers receive the letters of Rv 2-3, they refuse to repent. Since these chosen people are symbolized by the sun, moon, and stars, and by heaven and earth, Rv 6 reveals that they are judged for their betrayal, just as Adam and the chosen people of the first coming were. Just as Physical Israel came to an end, this event represents the judgment and end of Spiritual Israel.

After this, the 12 tribes of New Spiritual Israel are newly created through the work of harvesting and the work of sealing (Rv 7). The 12 tribes are the 144,000 firstfruits in Rev 14. Are people saved just because they claim to be? Have you received the holy spirit just because you think you have? Can you be truly orthodox just by saying so? No one can gain salvation or receive the holy spirit at the time of Revelation’s fulfillment unless they belong to these 12 tribes. That is the only way to be truly orthodox. If you are part of the 12 tribes you must know the meaning of the seven stars (Rv 1:20), the name of the beast, and the number 666 (Rv 13). You must understand the true identity of the the wine of adulteries (Rv 17), the place of the marriage with the devil (Rv 18), and the place of the wedding banquet of the lamb (Rv 19). Only the one who has seen and heard all the events through Jesus and his angels at the location where the prophecies are physically fulfilled is capable of testifying these things. These are the revealed teachings of God, which make known both the prophecies and their fulfillment. No one should add anything to or take away anything from the words of the book of Revelation (Rv 22:18-19). If that is the case, people who are ignorant of the prophecies and their physical fulfillment should receive the testimony of the one who does know them. This is the only way to become a wise believer who truly understands what he or she believes.

The prophecies were given so that people could believe when they are fulfilled (Jn 14:29). Those who do not believe in the physical fulfillment reveal themselves to be false believers just like the Physical Israelites did (Eph 2:12).

Shincheonji - 31 - In Each Generation, the Events of Corruption and the Prophecy

The correct understanding of the BIBLE and of SHINCHEONJI (The New Heaven and New Earth)
This site and all of its content has been written according to the Bible. Our purpose is to instruct all Christians in a deeper knowledge of God’s word and to lead them to a deeper faith.

In Each Generation, the Events of Corruption and the Prophecy

This article is concerns the spiritual condition of the pastors of each generation after they become corrupt, the believers under the authority of those pastors, and the prophets God chose to speak for him.

Be assured that it is not through our own efforts that humans can understand the words of God. Although Adam, Noah, and Moses once possessed the word of God, their words or teachings lost their essence when they themselves became corrupt. In the same way, the present Christian world has become corrupt, and its teachings are no longer aligned with the word of God it received at the time of Jesus’ first coming. Christianity has been moving away from God and toward human-centric authoritarianism.

Just as God appointed Noah, Abraham, and Jesus to speak for him because they were the only righteous men of their respective generations, God has also chosen and appointed righteous individuals from today’s corrupt generation. Those whom God appointed in the past were not chosen because they were highly respected pastors. God was with them even though they probably looked like ignorant laypeople to others. On the other hand, although Paul was a well-respected scholar, he was still appointed by God. Instead of trusting in his education to save him, Paul considered what he had learned to be rubbish after receiving the revelation from Jesus (Phil 3:4-8). He chose the revelation of heaven instead of his physical knowledge and possessions. The Bible even says that Jesus knew many scriptures despite having never had a formal education (Jn 7:15). Regardless of their original circumstances, these servants of God mastered the deep things of heaven because the holy spirit was with them (1Cor 2:10). As well as understanding the word of God, those who received the holy spirit were even able to speak foreign languages they had never studied (Acts 2:1-4). This work of the spirit is the essence of religion.

Lamentably, the pastors of each generation used their ecclesiastical authority to persecute and kill the prophets sent by God. It was also the chief priests at the time of the first coming who killed Jesus and his disciples. The believers under these priests were not innocent bystanders; they collaborated with the priests to accomplish this persecution. It is no different in the time of the second coming. The Bible clearly states that the two witnesses who serve the Lord at the second coming will also be killed (Mt 23:33-36; Lk 20:9-10; Acts 7:51-54; Rv 11, 13).

Why are these events occurring and recurring? There are three simple reasons. First, the Bible says that no one in heaven, on earth, or under the earth was able to read or look into the scroll sealed with seven seals (Rv 5:1-3). This lack of ability to understand God’s word means that the teachings of men have become pervasive. Although people come near to God with their lips, their hearts are far from him. The people who used to belong to God have become outsiders – gentiles (Eph 2:12; Is 29:9-13; Rv 5:1-3). Second, persecution occurs because people who hear the teachings of the revealed words perceive that they are different from their own teachings, which are the teachings of men. Because the teachings are different, they persecute those who preach the revealed words as heretics. Finally, persecution occurs because the hearts of the persecutors have degenerated and have become a home for Satan and his evil spirits. This is why it seems so natural for them to hate and kill those with whom holy spirits live. Both Isaiah and Apostle John referred to the words of a sealed scroll (Is 29:9~13; Rv 5:1~3), which must be revealed. No one who understands the revealed words of that scroll that used to be sealed could hate the one who gave them those revealed words.

Shincheonji - 32 - The Faith and the Fulfillment of God’s Promises

The correct understanding of the BIBLE and of SHINCHEONJI (The New Heaven and New Earth)
This site and all of its content has been written according to the Bible. Our purpose is to instruct all Christians in a deeper knowledge of God’s word and to lead them to a deeper faith.

The Faith and the Fulfillment of God’s Promises
 • I have told you now before it happens, so that when it does happen you will   believe. (Jn 14:29)
• I testify to the one who hears the words of the prophecy contained in this book: If anyone adds to them, God will add to him the plagues described in this book. And if anyone takes away from the words of this book of prophecy, God will take away his share in the tree of life and in the holy city that are described in this book. (Rv 22:18-19)

The one and only God and his son Jesus Christ have fulfilled the New Testament prophecies through the first and second tabernacles of the second coming. The congregation members of our temple are testifying about what they have seen and heard about how the true meaning of the prophecies has been revealed through the arrival of their fulfillment. Out of all the people of the world, only the people of Shincheonji have mastered God’s revealed teachings. Please verify for yourself here within Shincheonji whether this is true.

Roughly two thousand years ago, although the Physical Israelites and their priests had long awaited the fulfillment of the Old Testament prophecies, they refused to believe in Jesus, who was the fulfillment of those prophecies. The only people who believed in Jesus’ fulfillment of the prophecies were the disciples that spent so much time with him. The Bible clearly tells us why Physical Israel could not understand the fulfillment. The scroll of God was sealed such that the seers and prophets, whose eyes and heads were covered, were only able to preach the teachings of men instead of God’s revealed word (Is 29:9-14; Hb 2:2-3; Ez 1, 2, 3). God absolutely astonished the seers and prophets (i.e. priests) when he opened the sealed scroll and taught the revealed word. This revelation had a time appointed for its fulfillment (Hb 2:2-3), which was, as recorded in Ezekiel, chapter 1-3, when the chosen people were held captive by the gentiles. This was when God came, fed the open scroll to the Son of Man and appointed him to reveal the truth to the chosen people on God’s behalf. Jesus was the promised Son of Man (Mt 15:24), who came and fulfilled the Old Testament before preaching the open word of fulfillment.
The prophecies Jesus made and sealed in the New Testament will also be fulfilled. No one in heaven, on earth, or under the earth could open the scroll (Rv 5:1-4) except for Jesus because he overcame (Jn 16:33). Jesus takes the scroll (Rev 5), begins breaking its seals in Rev 6, and finishes by opening the final seal in Rev 8. One chosen person receives this open scroll from an angel and is told to prophesy to the people who have been captured by the gentile beasts, which are the group of the dragon (Rv 13:7; Rv 17:15). These are the prophecies and the will of God that must be fulfilled.

Although the world is full of pastors, the prophecies of the Bible tell us that there is only one God, one Jesus, one scroll and one person who receives that scroll after it is opened. Believers can only be saved by believing in the one who receives the open scroll, according to the will of God. Pastors who have been blinded, falling into a deep spiritual sleep, should wake up and be healed. They are the same as the seers and prophets of the Old Testament whose heads were covered. They should remove whatever is covering their heads by learning and holding to the truth (Rv 1:1-3; Rv 10).

Jesus prophesied in parables (Mt 13) because he had to fulfill the prophecy in Ps 78:2-4, which says that things hidden since the creation of the world will be uttered in parables to the next generation. What are these parables? Jesus used the people, places, and things of the world and of biblical history to prophesy about the future. When the time comes, however, the figurative language has to be opened and revealed in plain language (Jn 16:25). Today, we are testifying about the physical fulfillment of Jesus’ parables, which should not be understood literally.

Today, Mt 22, Mt 24, Mt 25 and Luke 13:24-30 are being fulfilled. Rv 2, Rv 3, and Rv 5-10 have been and are being fulfilled. Roughly 90 percent of the prophecies of the New Testament; everything except for Revelation 20 has already been fulfilled. We are now in the process of fulfilling the work of sealing the God’s people, including the great multitude in white, according to Rv 7. Just as Jesus fulfilled the prophecies of the Old Testament and proclaimed that fulfillment to others (Jn 19:30), we are informing you that prophecies of the New Testament are being fulfilled today. Please do not follow in the footsteps of the priests of the first coming, who did nothing but slander Jesus without checking to see if what he said was true.

Shincheonji - 33 - The Faith and the New Testament, Fulfilled As the God's Prophecies

The correct understanding of the BIBLE and of SHINCHEONJI (The New Heaven and New Earth)
This site and all of its content has been written according to the Bible. Our purpose is to instruct all Christians in a deeper knowledge of God’s word and to lead them to a deeper faith.

Jesus fulfilled the prophecies of the Old Testament 2,000 years ago (Jn 19:30), and he gave us the prophecies of the New Testament in advance so that we may believe when they are fulfilled (Jn 14:29). Jesus also said that no one who adds or takes away from the words of the prophecies will be allowed to enter the kingdom of heaven (Rv 22:18-19). Jesus will completely fulfill the prophecies of the New Testament (Rv 21:6) just as he fulfilled the prophecies of the Old Testament. When Jesus fulfills the prophecies of the New Testament, everyone must recognize the physical fulfillment, believe in it, and act according to it. We must fully understand the meanings of the prophecies so we can recognize and believe in the physical fulfillment when it become a reality. In this time of fulfillment, the Bible tells us that there will be some people who will believe it with joy and some who will persecute those who believe. Now, in the time of fulfillment, all of us must recognize the group to which we belong.

The scriptures say that the gentile destroyers (i.e. Babylon, the kingdom of demons) defeat God's people (i.e. Jerusalem, the kingdom of God) in battle. After their triumph, the destroyers stand on the holy place (Mt 24:15), and amid the destruction, the sun and moon become darkened, and the stars fall from heaven (Mt 24:29). After this, Jesus comes with his angels like a thief and harvests the wheat-like believers from the north, south, east, and west (Mt 24:31). Jesus will also put the one who gives the food at the proper time in charge of all his possessions (Mt 24:45-47). This is a summary of Mt 24.

Believers who await the Lord’s return must equip themselves with the lamp, the oil, and with wedding clothes (Mt 25:1-13, 22:1-14). After the subjects of the kingdom become a possession of the gentiles, according to Mt 24, Jesus will come with his angels to gather his elect from the north, south, east, and west. These elect gathered from the four directions will take part in the banquet of the kingdom of God. Among the gathered, many who are first will be last, and those who are last will be first (Lk 13:28-30).

In order for the four gospels of the New Testament to be fulfilled, the persecutors, critics, betrayers, those who are expelled, the antichrists, the murderers, and the elect gathered from the four directions must all appear (Mt 5:10-12, 7:1-2; Jn 16:1-4; 2Thes 2:1-4; Mt 8:11-12).

The seven stars (messengers) and the Nicolaitans mentioned in Revelation must appear, as must the one who sends letters to the seven stars (Rv 1, 2, 3). The subjects of the kingdom must be expelled after being judged. Then they be taken captive under the gentiles and destroyed (Rv 6, 8, 9). The one who receives the opened scroll from the angel, eats it, and testifies about it to the people must also appear (Rv 10). The people of the tabernacle of heaven must receive the mark of the beast and worship it (Rv 13). Someone must overcome the group of the beast in the tabernacle of heaven (Rv 12). There must be a place for the 144,000 firstfruits who belong to the 12 tribes of New Spiritual Israel to learn the new song (Rv 7, 14). Those who conquer the beast, his image, and the number of his name must stand by the sea of glass. The Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony must appear so that all nations can come and worship (Rv 15). The seven bowls must be poured on the beast and on those who receive the mark of the beast. The unclean spirits like frogs must come out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. After they emerge, the spirits of demons must go out to the kings of the earth (i.e. pastors who belong to Satan) and gather them for the battle that will take place on the great day of God (Rv 16).

The kings of the earth who commit sexual immorality and the drunken inhabitants of the earth must appear. The beast with ten horns must judge the prostitute with seven heads, and those who are held captive by the beast and the prostitute must be delivered (Rv 17). All nations must be led astray because of the unclean and detestable birds and the maddening wine of adultery. Those who make their living from the sea must accumulate wealth through the goods of Babylon. After people marry evil spirits (Rv 18), the guests can be invited to the wedding banquet of the lamb (Rv 19). Many will be called, but few will be chosen (Mt 22:14).

All of these things that must occur are prophecies that Jesus gave us in the time of the first coming. All of these prophecies must be fulfilled in our physical reality. All Christians should rejoice when the physical fulfillments of these prophecies appear, because the prophecies are the promises of Jesus. Without the appearance of the physical fulfillment, the kingdom of God can never be established, nor can our hopes be realized. Again, we cannot gain salvation, the kingdom of heaven, God, Jesus, nor can we realize our hopes unless all these things appear in the physical world.

To all Christians: If you truly love and believe in God and Jesus, let us also believe in what Jesus has promised in the New Testament. All the things listed above must become a physical reality. There is no hope, no heaven, and no salvation without their fulfillment. Let us read the Bible correctly and speak according to it. We have seen the physical fulfillments of all of these people, places, and things and we believe them. Have you seen them? If you do not believe our words it is because you have neither seen these events, nor have you learned about them. We are the ones who know the prophecies and their physical fulfillment, and we are praying for you.

Now is the time to repent! Who persecuted and killed those sent by God at the time of the Old Testament and the time of the New Testament? The Bible testifies that it was the religious leaders that killed those sent by God; the pastors who claimed to have the most faith in God were the ones who went against him. The New Testament also says that the pastors of the earth will persecute and eventually kill the true pastor God sends at the time of the second coming. If that is the case, we must all repent and take extreme care not to commit the sins of the past. Let us confirm‍ and discuss whether everything we hear is according to the Bible. No one can attain salvation without speaking according to the Bible.

Shincheonji - 34 - The Church and the Holy Temple

The correct understanding of the BIBLE and of SHINCHEONJI (The New Heaven and New Earth)
This site and all of its content has been written according to the Bible. Our purpose is to instruct all Christians in a deeper knowledge of God’s word and to lead them to a deeper faith.

God appointed Noah after Adam’s fall. God appointed Moses and Joshua after Ham’s sin destroyed Noah’s world. God made a covenant with Abraham and fulfilled it through Moses by delivering the Israelites from Egypt (Ex 12) and through Joshua by entering Shechem in the promised land of Canaan (Jo 24:25).

After they entered the land of Canaan, judges and kings were appointed to rule the Israelites who had made a covenant with God. King Solomon, however, worshipped gentile gods, thus, dividing Israel into north and south (1Kgs 11). Later, even the city of Jerusalem in the land of Judah was invaded by gentiles (Is 1).

The era of Moses’ law and the era of the kings, which both occurred long before Jesus, can also be referred to as the era of the temple for burnt offering and sacrifice. After Jesus came, God no longer wanted burnt offerings and sacrifices. He wanted people to truly know him. The era of heaven’s gospel, also known as the era of the church, had begun.

The Greek word for church, ecclesia, means gathering. A church is, thus, a place where people are gathered to receive teachings. A temple, on the other hand, refers to the holy place where God dwells. God does not dwell within the church building, and when Satan sets himself up in the holy temple, it can no longer be called a temple. Regardless of its location or its appearance – whether a hut or a palace – any place God dwells can be called the temple. If God is in a person’s heart, that person is the temple (1Cor 3:9, 16-17). This is why Jesus was the temple of God.

When Jesus came the first time, the law of Moses, the prophets, and their prophecies came to an end (Lk 16:16). When Jesus comes a second time, the era of the church, which lasts until the appearance of the seven messengers of the seven churches in Rv 1, 2, 3, comes to an end. The gospel (the seed), pastors, and prophecies of the New Testament all come to an end at this time as the true grains are harvested from the world’s churches. This is when the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony, where all nations must come and worship, opens (Rv 15:4-5). The eternal gospel (i.e. the fulfillment of the New Testament) appears, and the holy city of New Jerusalem descends from heaven to Shinchonji (i.e. the New Heaven and New Earth). This is the beginning of the era of the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony, which is New Jerusalem (Rv 21:1-6).

The temple in this city is God and it is Jesus (Rv 21:22). All believers must distinguish the time they are living in according to the Bible so that they can find the correct path. We must go and unite with the place where we belong to reach our hope of eternal life. According to the four gospels and to Jesus’ words in Revelation (the beginning and the end), the era of the Christian church ends and a new generation is created. Let us understand the prophecies of the Bible and believe in their fulfillment.

Shincheonji - 35 - The Pastor & Temple that are Promised in the New Testament

The correct understanding of the BIBLE and of SHINCHEONJI (The New Heaven and New Earth)
This site and all of its content has been written according to the Bible. Our purpose is to instruct all Christians in a deeper knowledge of God’s word and to lead them to a deeper faith.

Since the scriptures cannot be broken (Jn 10:35), everyone will be judged according to what they have done as recorded in the books (Rv 20:12).

Jesus was the pastor and the temple promised in the Old Testament (Jn 2:19-21). Who is the pastor and the temple promised in the New Testament? Just as the Old Testament prophesied about Jesus, the New Testament was also recorded so that we may know this promised pastor. Superficial believers did not recognize who Jesus was because they misunderstood the Old Testament. In the same way, people who are ignorant of the New Testament will not be able to recognize the pastor the New Testament promises. Just as the the people of the first coming eventually persecuted Jesus because they did not recognize him, people in the time of the second coming will also persecute the pastor promised in the New Testament because they cannot recognize him. John the Baptist came in the name of Elijah (Mt 11:10-14, Mt 17:10-13; Lk 1:13-17), and Jesus came in the name of God (Jn 5:43). Jn 14 declares that the promised pastor will come in Jesus' name. It is more accurate to say that the spirit of truth will come in Jesus' name, and the promised pastor will receive this spirit of truth and speak the words of Jesus in Jesus’ name on Jesus’ behalf (Mt 24:45-47; Rv 10, Rv 22:16-17). At the time of this prophecy's fulfillment, those who do not receive the holy spirit will persecute those who do receive it. Those who have learned the teachings of men will refuse to listen to the one who testifies about what he has seen and heard (i.e. the physical fulfillment of Revelation), and they will persecute him.

God's chosen pastor at the end of the age, at the time of Revelation, becomes God's temple (1Cor 3:16-17). Refusing to believe in the words of Jesus’ promises is the same as refusing to believe in Jesus or the Bible. There is only one God, one Jesus, one Bible, one promised pastor, and one temple. All believers must strive to find the pastor promised in the New Testament using the Bible (Mt 6:33).

Because the promised pastor unites with the promised spirit of truth (i.e. the Counselor or Advocate), he testifies about the fulfillment of the New Testament prophecies and the revealed word of God (Jn 14:16-17, 26; Rv 10, Rv 22:16-17). Everyone must understand and believe that there is only one person who receives the revealed word in Rv 5 and Rv 10. Only one person receives the scroll written directly by God. All believers must seek that promised pastor and learn from him (refer to Mt 7:7-8).

Shincheonji - 36 - Let's Know Correctly the Bible and Shincheonji

The correct understanding of the BIBLE and of SHINCHEONJI (The New Heaven and New Earth)
This site and all of its content has been written according to the Bible. Our purpose is to instruct all Christians in a deeper knowledge of God’s word and to lead them to a deeper faith.

“Above all, you do well if you recognize this: No prophecy of scripture ever comes about by the prophet’s own imagination, for no prophecy was ever borne of human impulse; rather, men carried along by the Holy Spirit spoke from God.” (2 Pt 1:20-21)

“… speaking of these things in all his letters. Some things in these letters are hard to understand, things the ignorant and unstable twist to their own destruction, as they also do to the rest of the scriptures.” (2 Pt 3:16)

Many churches have claimed that 666, the number of the beast’s name, represents a bar code. They theorize about the rapture, saying that churches and believers will be lifted up to the sky. They create these theories and make these claims to explain 1Th 4, which says, “Then we who are alive, who are left, will be suddenly caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air.” They lecture about why the seven heads and the beast with ten horns symbolize the seven most powerful countries in the world and the ten biggest countries of the European Union. They are not making these claims because they have received the spirit; their claims are false testimonies based on their own thoughts.

At 11 p.m. on March 12, 2008, I watched a video that had many Christians talking about the events of the end times. The video had several clips based on Revelation, and it gave a general survey of the way Christians generally think about the end times (including 666, the rapture, and the beast with seven heads and ten horns). The video clips describing the events of Revelation were based only on peoples’ imaginations. The actual events of Revelation are different. It is wrong for people who did not see or hear the physical fulfillment of Revelation to make any such claims.

Jesus ate the sealed scroll of God, which was spoken of through Isaiah (Is 29:9-14; Hb 2:2-3; Ez 1-3). After God told Jesus where to go and what to say, Jesus obeyed accordingly (Mt 15:24). Therefore, Jesus was the only person who saw and heard the words of God’s Old Testament scroll. Because Jesus as the only one to understand its prophecies and witness its physical fulfillment, he was the only one who could testify about them (Jn 3:31-34; Jn 19:30). There were so many pastors and believers at the time of the first coming, but they did not understand this idea. They persecuted Jesus as a heretic instead of acknowledging his testimony as the truth. Their ignorance proved that they did not have the ears to hear what the spirit spoke to them. The time of the first coming was the “end times” for the Law, the prophecies, prophets, and even Physical Israel. Jesus opened a new spiritual era as he sowed the seed of the gospel of heaven. Hence, how could the will of the priests of the day be the same as the will of Jesus?

The New Testament (Revelation), which contains prophecies about the events of the Lord’s second coming, also mentions a scroll sealed with seven seals in God’s right hand. No one in heaven, on earth, or under the earth is able to read or look inside it (Rv 5:1-4). There is an appointed time when God and Jesus will open this book and proclaim its contents to the world. No one is able to understand the scroll before that appointed time arrives. Anyone who claims to know the contents of the scroll before that time is a lawbreaker with a heretical testimony. Just like the Old Testament, the sealed scroll in the New Testament is given to Jesus after the enemy of God captures God’s chosen people. Jesus takes the scroll, breaks all seven seals (Rv 6, Rv 8:1-2), and gives the scroll to the angel in Rv 10. The angel gives it to the chosen pastor and tells him to eat it, just like what was prophesied in Eze 3. The chosen pastor carries out his mission according to the commands he receives telling him where to go and what to say. This promised pastor carries out the same task as Jesus, who received the scroll at the first coming. The Old and New Testaments each have designated pastors who eat and proclaim the words of the the open scroll (Rev 10). Furthermore, they both establish a place for all the nations to go and worship God (Rv 10, 15). Today’s believers should not make the same mistakes as the people at the time of the first coming who lacked perception and understanding. We must believe the Bible and act according to it; we must make the Bible our way and our teacher.

In the time of the first coming, all of Israel denounced Jesus as a heretic and eventually killed him. Today, in the same way, the entire country of Korea is trying to destroy Shinchonji by calling it a cult. Despite all their attempts, the revealed words of the open scroll are coming from Shinchonji. I testify with absolute certainty that Shinchonji is the only place where the Bible has been completely mastered. Believers must first verify whether this claim is true. When God sent Jesus, he gave people the word of life through one person. God carried out his work of judgment through Jesus as well (Jn 5:22-24). Believing in this one person was the only way to obey will of God (Jn 6:40). In the same way, Jesus’ will in the New Testament is for all people to believe that the word of life and the authority of judgment all belong to the one person who has received the open scroll (Rv 10; Rv 2:26-27).

Shincheonji - 37 - A Life of Faith in Shincheonji Church of Jesus

The correct understanding of the BIBLE and of SHINCHEONJI (The New Heaven and New Earth)
This site and all of its content has been written according to the Bible. Our purpose is to instruct all Christians in a deeper knowledge of God’s word and to lead them to a deeper faith.

Since the Bible tells us that a tree is recognized by its fruit (Mt 7:15-20), everyone will be judged for his or her deeds according to what is written in the books (Rv 20:11-12).

People who belong to the 12 tribes of Shinchonji have mastered the Bible. The one who overcomes (i.e. the pastor promised in the Bible) has received the opened book from heaven, and according to heaven’s command, he is proclaiming the word without cost (Rv 10, Rv 22:17). This is the way of the true orthodoxy. Shouldn’t we give a hungry person something to eat? Shouldn’t we give a thirsty soul a drink of the water that leads to eternal life?

Some people, however, refuse to listen; they refuse to receive the spiritual food and drink that we have to offer. If my family is unable to eat because I have nothing to offer, and if someone donates food so that my family can eat, shouldn’t I thank them a hundred times over? Shouldn’t I be embarrassed that I could not provide for my own family? Unfortunately, there are people who curse and slander the generous individuals who provided food for them in their time of need. They reject the one bearing the spiritual food and living water, “Mind your own business. Are you holier than I am?” (Is 65:5-6). They look on the words of God being conveyed to them with contempt and persecute the person conveying them as a heretic (Jer 6:10). How can they be saved when they say such things?

The blind are leading the blind (Is 29:9-14; Is 42:18-20). Isn’t this the reality of today’s Christian world? No one knows the Bible and no one understands God’s will. The Bible says that no one should add to or take away anything from the prophecies, but no one understands or even tries to understand Revelation. In the midst of this sea of ignorance, Shinchonji has established the 12 tribes of God’s kingdom (Rv 7). The world is truly blessed because God, who is the source of blessings, is with us.

All the pastors of the world must honestly repent and confess their ignorance of the word to God. They should receive the revelation that has come from heaven and use it to feed their hungry people so they too can attain salvation. They should not make the same mistakes as those who have slandered and persecuted the messengers God has sent for the past 6,000 years. Instead, it is time that they ask the Lord for forgiveness.

Shincheonji - 39 - The Betrayer Who is Prophesied in the New Testament

The correct understanding of the BIBLE and of SHINCHEONJI (The New Heaven and New Earth)
This site and all of its content has been written according to the Bible. Our purpose is to instruct all Christians in a deeper knowledge of God’s word and to lead them to a deeper faith.

The New Testament prophesies about the betrayers, destroyers and savior of the time of the second coming (2 Thes 2:1-4). To master the Bible and to acquire the knowledge by which we are saved, all believers must recognize which of these organizations to which they belong.

Who are the betrayers? The New Testament talks about two different types of betrayers. One is the congregation of the first tabernacle, who betrayed God by receiving the mark of the beast and worshipping the beast when the organization of the dragon (i.e. the destroyers) invaded the tabernacle of God at the end of the age of Spiritual Israel (Rv 13). These betraying congregation members were destroyed by the maddening wine of adultery, which intoxicates all nations and leads them astray (Rv 17, 18). The savior finally appeared (Rv 14) when Spiritual Israel was destroyed by the beast because of its betrayal. After this, some people (amongst those who are saved) betray the one that carried out the work of salvation. This is another type of betrayer. These betrayers accepted the savior, who is in the Lord, into their hearts. They cleansed their hearts with the water of the word. In spite of all this, however, these people became betrayers out of their desire for a higher position. They created their own sects out of greed, deception, doubt, and disobedience (Jas 1:15; Jude 1:17-19). As a result, the savior, who is in the Lord, left their hearts. The hearts of these betrayers became a swept, vacant room. When the evil spirits that were in their hearts before they received salvation returned and found their house (heart) swept clean, the evil spirits enter each heart with seven other spirits more wicked that themselves (Mt 12:43-45). With all of these new and more wicked evil spirits living within their hearts, isn’t the final condition of this type of betrayer seven times worse than before? This parable explains what happens to people who fail to keep the word they received from the savior (Rv 1:3). Today, some people have indeed left the 12 tribes of Shinchonji (SCJ). They left their positions of authority, and abandoned their own home (Jude 1:6). Like Cain and Balaam (Jude 1:11), they created sects, opposed God’s work, and deceived the saints (our congregation members). They are the antichrists that have appeared according to prophecy (1Jn 2:18-19; Jude 1:17-19; Mt 24:24-25).

The savior comes after the betrayal of the chosen people and after the destruction of those chosen people by the destroyers. The savior is the one who gives the “food at the proper time” mentioned in Mt 24:45-47, and the “other Counselor,” who comes in the name of Lord after receiving the spirit of truth (Jn 14:16-17; Jn 16:14). He is also the one promised in Rv 2-3 who fights and overcomes the Nicolaitans (Rv 12). He is anointed by Jesus in Rev 1, and according to the commands he receives, he writes letters (Rv 2-3) to the seven stars (i.e. the seven messengers of the seven golden lampstands). Furthermore, he is the one who receives the open scroll from heaven (Rv 10) and the one who delivers that message to those whom he is commanded. He is the one who has seen the physical fulfillment of the events of Revelation and the only one who can testify about them (Rv 1:2; Rv 22:8, 16).

It is unfortunate that some of those whom the savior saved betrayed him, some were abandoned, and some were kicked out because of sin. The following passages testify about them: Mt 13:48-50; Lk 13:26-30; Heb 6:3-6, and Mk 13:19-22.

The angels that sinned in the spiritual world and were thrown out of heaven always work to oppose God (Ez 28; Is 14:12-15). Today, too, is it right for people who fell away from the faith and who left God’s church to oppose that church?

At the time of betrayal, destruction, and salvation, the betrayers are those who leave their teacher to follow another pastor and that pastor’s words. This kind of person is an antichrist who has become a branch of a corrupt and wild vine that belongs to the gentiles (Jer 2:21) and bears bad fruit (Is 5:1-7). Shinchonji Church of Jesus is a holy creation of God, who is fair and just. Some people among us have been thrown out because of their sins and some have who betrayed, stolen our words, created their own sects, and abandoned SCJ. As stated above, all of this has occurred in fulfillment of the prophecies, which say that some people will leave God’s kingdom and do evil in order to oppose the organization they left (1Jn 2:18-19, Mt 24:24-25). The final outcome of their actions is judgment (Rev 20:12).

Everyone who believes and keeps God’s words of promise will be saved (Mt 7:21). People should not use the teachings of men (Is 29:9-13) to argue against God’s revelation (Mt 11:27; Rv 10:8-11). Instead, they should use the Bible to verify whether the testimony they are hearing is true, and if it is, they should wholeheartedly believe.

Shincheonji - 40 - The Twelve Tribes in the New Testament

The correct understanding of the BIBLE and of SHINCHEONJI (The New Heaven and New Earth)
This site and all of its content has been written according to the Bible. Our purpose is to instruct all Christians in a deeper knowledge of God’s word and to lead them to a deeper faith.

Since the scriptures cannot be broken (Jn 10:35), everyone will be judged for their deeds according to what is written in the books (Rv 20:12).

When Jesus overcame the world of Physical Israel and chose his twelve disciples, he created twelve tribe leaders who will sit on twelve thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel (Lk 22:28-30). They became the foundation of the holy city of New Jerusalem when they were martyred for the sake of the word (Rv 21:10-20). Revelation prophesies the end of the age in which the sun, moon and stars darken and fall (Rv 6). After this judgment takes place, 144,000 people are sealed from the twelve tribes and the great multitude in white is created on this earth (Rv 7). The 144,000 people are the first fruits that are harvested; they are the priests of God’s kingdom (Rv 5:9-10). The great multitude in white are the subjects of God’s kingdom (Rv 7:13-14). In the end of the age, who can be saved apart from these priests and people? Anyone who does not belong to the twelve tribes is a gentile that will be consumed after the millenium (Rv 20).

The twelve tribes created in the New Testament and the twelve tribes of the martyrs in the spiritual world unite to reign with Christ for a thousand years (Rv 20:4-6). Because this organization is God’s kingdom on earth, those who persecute it as a source of heresy are, in fact, heretics themselves. Anyone who is not one of the first fruits who belongs to the twelve tribes described in Rv 7 and Rv 14 must repent and wash their robes in order to enter the holy city (Rv 22:14). There is only one promised pastor in this world (Rv 12, Rv 10, Rv 21:7). We must lay down our pride to find the pastor promised in the New Testament so that we can see, hear, and believe.

Shincheonji - 42 - Questions to MBC PD Note

The correct understanding of the BIBLE and of SHINCHEONJI (The New Heaven and New Earth)
This site and all of its content has been written according to the Bible. Our purpose is to instruct all Christians in a deeper knowledge of God’s word and to lead them to a deeper faith.

MBC PD Note broadcasted questionable information about Shincheonji, was the content of these programs true or false?

MBC PD Note aired the questionable content twice, on May 8, 2007 and December 25, 2007, but the majority of their information differed drastically from the truth. The producers of MBC PD Note accepted and trusted the incorrect report from those who oppose Shincheonji (SCJ) and from those who had complaints and left SCJ. They made the information they gathered public without verifying with SCJ as to whether their information was true or not. MBC PD Note released these biased programs, which certainly lacked objectivity and fairness.

SCJ officials requested MBC PD Note to broadcast a notice of correction, but they refused after which we, in SCJ, revealed their mistakes once again and repeatedly asked for the clarification of the truth. Either, they wanted retaliation of some sort, or they were blinded to the truth by the prospect of receiving high viewers ratings, but they edited their first program and broadcast the false information once again. This is very clearly not an act of repentance; instead it is an act of violence and they they misused their authority under the pretext of the viewers having rights to know all about it.

Does MBC broadcasting company exist for the society, or does it exist to display their authority? The government and politicians of any country are expected to protect and represent their citizens. Despite having these duties, will they just sit still and watch MBC broadcasting company’s brutality? MBC is exceeding their freedom of speech, and doing as they please. Any press that blinds citizens’ to the truth and deafens their ears is knowingly stopping their nation from discerning what is right from wrong. By airing false content as if it were true these press companies forget their functions and responsibilities as public institutions. Such institutions must discontinue.

If the press stands upright, its nation will stand upright as well. A nation will develop and gain righteousness when their media and general society trust one another and co-exist. A society has to be a place where righteousness gets treated as righteousness, and truth gets treated as truth. What will happen to society and the whole nation if the press possesses excessive authority and spreads their own made up lies?

After MBC PD Note’s broadcast about SCJ, the press from other organizations, including Christian press teams, carried out thorough research and also came to interview us several times. They did this in order to discover the truth about SCJ and to verify MBC’s broadcast. After having researched and interviewed us, they seemed rather letdown and dumbfounded by the lies from the previous programs, and they released the results of their own investigations stating that the MBC broadcast was false. What is more, is that the other organizations, including police and prosecutors, carried out several investigations on SCJ branch churches, its mission centers, and even its chairman’s hometown, but in the end found only that we were innocent.

Despite our innocence being such a clear fact, MBC PD Note has still refused to release the notice of correction on their broadcasting network. Who does MBC broadcasting company exist for? Whom does it broadcast its programs for?

Shincheonji - 43 - The Injustice Done to Shincheonji Church

The correct understanding of the BIBLE and of SHINCHEONJI (The New Heaven and New Earth)
This site and all of its content has been written according to the Bible. Our purpose is to instruct all Christians in a deeper knowledge of God’s word and to lead them to a deeper faith.

Shincheonji Church of Jesus has gone through suffering that cannot be expressed in words, because of MBC’s television program “PD Note.” The amount of mental and emotional suffering experienced by Shincheonji members within society, work places, and schools cannot be measured. The members of Shincheonji are also this nation’s citizens and Christians. MBC’s PD Note has trampled on them and has crushed their hearts through false broadcasting. However, the price to pay for allowing falsehood to reign and labeling truth and righteousness as sin will be greater than the suffering Shincheonji members have experienced. This huge event occurred as a result of a person, who was kicked out of Shincheonji when he tried to put the chairman of Shincheonji in the position of Jesus. He united with another person like Calvin, who tried to convert believers to become a member of his church; they together provided false information to PD Note. Furthermore, PD Note did not verify whether the information they received was true or not. Instead, they only believed what the two people said, and aired the program.

Regarding to the issue of running away from homes and confining people, they (who provided the false information) are the ones who are guilty of causing this, but they are trying to put the blame on Shincheonji (please refer to the court decision of the so-called conversion education). Shincheonji has never encouraged or conducted such actions. Will PD Note still insist on not airing a correction report on Shincheonji?

For the justice of Christianity and society, we at Shincheonji will not remain as spectators in this situation. A broadcasting company, who has no knowledge of religion, has no right to say this or that about Christianity. This is a situation where religion is frowned upon by those who are ignorant of it. If anyone wants to debate with us face-to-face and point out the faults of Shincheonji based on the Bible, we are more than willing to meet him. However, persecuting and distorting the truth about Shincheonji must be stopped immediately.

We would like to direct a few questions to MBC. The Christian population in Korea, which was about 12 million, has drastically decreased by 3.5 million since 1990 when the Christian Council of Korea (CCK) started holding seminars to get rid of cults. Among the people who left Protestantism, some became Catholics, some followed other religions, some became atheists, and some came to Shincheonji. Why did the people provide false information to PD Note? Wasn’t it because they were envious of the fact that many people were gathering here, and also to hinder God’s work? However, the believers who have gathered to Shincheonji came as a result of following the word; they did not come following men. They were not forced to come to Shincheonji either. Therefore, PD Note was deceived by the providers of the false information. Since it has been revealed that the content MBC aired is not true, it is only proper for MBC to air a correction report regarding Shincheonji.

Shincheonji - 44 - The Biblical Scriptures that Testify about Cults and Antichrists

The correct understanding of the BIBLE and of SHINCHEONJI (The New Heaven and New Earth)
This site and all of its content has been written according to the Bible. Our purpose is to instruct all Christians in a deeper knowledge of God’s word and to lead them to a deeper faith.

In 1Jn 2:18-19, the antichrists are called those who “went out from us.” Jude similarly defines the antichrists as those who failed to keep their positions of authority, but abandoned their own homes to form sects. These people lack the spirit – they belong to the world of flesh. There are certain people who have left the positions to which they had been appointed in Shincheonji (SCJ). They have abandoned their home just like Cain and Balaam (Jude 1:6, 11, 17-19). They are deceiving (Mt 24:24-25) God’s elect (the members of the 12 tribes). They criticize SCJ, they tell lies about us (Mt 7:1-5) in their seminars, and they persecute and curse our members. Jesus said, “They will put you out of the synagogue, yet a time is coming when the one who kills you will think he is offering service to God,” (Jn 16:2). In fulfillment of Jesus’ words, the congregation members of SCJ have been excommunicated from their former churches. They have suffered violence and have even been killed.

Can anyone who behaves in the manner described above be considered a true believer? Can they be saved? According to the words of Jesus (Mt 5:10-12, Mt 23:30-36; Jn 15:18-24; Acts 7:51-54), people who persecute belong to Satan (devil) and those who are persecuted belong to God. Moses was persecuted by the Egyptians for the sake of the Israelites. Jesus was persecuted by the priests and people of Physical Israel. Shincheonji Church of Jesus is being persecuted by the pastors and congregation members of today’s churches. In some ways this can be considered the greatest persecution in the past 6,000 years of biblical history.

The Bible tells us that we must eat Jesus’ flesh and blood in order to be saved (Jn 6:51-57; Rv 5:9-10, Rv 7:14). The Bible also clearly says that everyone must pray in the name of Jesus to have their prayers answered (Jn 14:13-14, Jn 16:23, 26). One former member who used to have a very high position within SCJ told a nationwide audience that we must eat the flesh and blood of the SCJ chairman to be saved. He said that we must pray in the chairman’s name for our prayers to be answered. In saying such things this person failed to maintain his position as head of a branch church. He has since been thrown out and has united with another pastor outside of SCJ. So in summary, there is a former SCJ member who was thrown out for saying that believers must eat and drink the flesh and blood of the SCJ chairman, there is another pastor who received this former SCJ member and now acknowledges him as orthodox, and there is the one who threw the blasphemous person out of SCJ. Among these three individuals, who truly believes Jesus and who has acted according to his will? According to the Bible, everyone will be judged for his or her deeds according to what is written in the books (Rv 20:12). According to the definition in the books of prophecy in the Bible, everyone who performs the actions of an evildoer will be judged according to the words of Rv 20:12. True believers of the Bible acknowledge this word.

Shincheonji - 45 - The Creation of Heaven and Earth

The correct understanding of the BIBLE and of SHINCHEONJI (The New Heaven and New Earth)
This site and all of its content has been written according to the Bible. Our purpose is to instruct all Christians in a deeper knowledge of God’s word and to lead them to a deeper faith.

When God’s kingdom is created on earth just as it is in heaven, the spiritual kingdom that is established in heaven (with all its holy spirits) will come down to the kingdom of God on earth. This is when the two (i.e. the spiritual and physical worlds) become one (Rv 21:1-7). SCJ Church of Jesus is creating God’s promised kingdom on earth as it has been created in heaven.

The messenger (pastor) of SCJ Church of Jesus obeyed the command of Jesus to write what he saw and heard in a book. Then he sent it to the seven messengers of Rv 2-3. According to what he saw in God’s kingdom in the spiritual realm described in Rev 4, he has appointed 24 elders, seven messengers who play the role of lampstands, and four department heads that are referred to as four cherubs (4 living creatures). Under each of these four living creatures he has appointed six staff members, who play the role of wings for each of the departments, and he has assigned each department many congregation members, who are likened unto eyes. According to Rev 7, this pastor is sealing the 144,000 of the 12 tribes with the word of God. Even now the great multitude are washing their clothes with the blood of Jesus (i.e. his words) and are putting on their white garments.

The prophets and the seers of today are in a deep sleep (Is 29:9-14) as day has become night (Mt 24:29). This is when Jesus comes again like a thief (Mt 24:39-44). His angels take their sickles out to the harvest field where the seed of the gospel of heaven has been planted (Mt 24:29-33, 39-44: Like a thief). They harvest the good grains (by spiritual sickle: Rv 14:14-16)and bring them to Zion, which is heaven on earth. It is at this time (Mt 24:45-47) that people who hear and believe the word are harvested to heaven, but those who hear and refuse to believe the word are not harvested. Instead, they are tied up just like bundles of weeds (Mt 13:30) whose final destination is the fires of hell. The people who refuse to believe even after hearing the word do so because they are weeds.

The prophecies of the New Testament are like the blueprint of a house that will be built. They were promised beforehand in writing so that when they are accomplished people can believe in that accomplishment. God told both the prophet Jeremiah (approximately 2,600 years ago, Jer 31:27) and Jesus (approximately 2,000 years, Mt 13:24-43) what he would fulfill today. Today, according to Rev 14, the work of harvesting is being carried out and the prophecies are being fulfilled.

People who refuse to believe in today’s fulfillment even after being told are like the people of Adam’s world who refused to believe in the time of Noah’s flood. They are also like the Physical Israelites who refused to believe in the time of the first coming when Jesus Christ fulfilled the Old Testament. Although they said, “Lord, Lord,” with their lips, they did not truly believe in the promises (prophecies). When the spiritual kingdom, which has been established in heaven, descends with all the holy spirits to the kingdom that is established today on earth, the spirits and flesh unite. This is the marriage of spirit and flesh. This is the creation of heaven and earth (Rv 21).

We proclaim the fact that the prophecies of the New Testament have been fulfilled here on earth today and that we have witnessed their fulfillment. In spite of all the persecution we are receiving, SCJ is obeying the command of Jesus by testifying to all Christians about what has been seen and heard (Rv 10:8-11). We pray that all believers would examine our testimony, believe it, and be saved.

(From now on we will explain plainly the secrets of the kingdom of heaven that Jesus prophesied in parables in the New Testament.)

Shincheonji - 46 - Shincheonji Church of Jesus, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony

The correct understanding of the BIBLE and of SHINCHEONJI (The New Heaven and New Earth)
This site and all of its content has been written according to the Bible. Our purpose is to instruct all Christians in a deeper knowledge of God’s word and to lead them to a deeper faith.

Why do we call our church “Shincheonji Church of Jesus, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony?”

“Shincheonji” is a Korean word that means new heaven and new earth. It is a reference to the new heaven and earth in Rev 21. We are the “Church of Jesus” because Jesus is the Lord of our church. We use the name “Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony” because we are the place where the testimony about the fulfillment of the New Testament is being proclaimed. The fact that we are the “Temple” is also important because a temple is a holy place where God dwells (Rv 15:2-5).

While most churches in the world have concocted their names using their imaginations, Shincheonji Church of Jesus, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony and its congregation members are prophesied in the New Testament (Rv 1:6, Rv 5:9-10, Rv 7:14). We are the new kingdom of God and the new chosen people of God. It was approximately 2,000 years from Adam to Abraham (Physical Israel) and another 2,000 years from Abraham to Jesus' first coming. Today, it has been another 2,000 years since Jesus' first coming. There have been many transitions over the course of biblical history. The world of Noah began when Adam's world was put to an end. The period of the law (Physical Israel) began when the world of Canaan – the descendants of Noah – was put to an end. The period of the church (Spiritual Israel), during which the seed of the gospel of heaven was sown, began when the period of the law was put to an end. Today, the period of the church has come to an end and the time of harvest has begun. Indeed, the period of the 1,000 years of Shincheonji Church of Jesus (New Spiritual Israel) has begun.

Although they listened to the revealed word from Jesus (Is 29:9-14; Hb 2:2-3; Ez 1-3; Mat 15:24), because the Physical Israelites were accustomed to the teachings of men, they could not understand or accept Jesus’ words. Instead they persecuted him and his followers as heretics. Today, over the last 2,000 years the people of Spiritual Israel have been proclaiming the good news about Jesus, who fulfilled the Old Testament. They have been spreading the seed of the gospel of heaven, which Jesus spoke in figurative language. Although Spiritual Israel has worked so hard for so long to spread this gospel, they do not understand the revealed words of God's scroll being preached to them (Rv 5, 6, 8, 10) – the scroll that was once sealed with the seven seals (Rv 5). They, too, label those who deliver the revealed word as "heretics." This tragedy has occurred because the testimony of the revealed word is at a different level than the teachings of men. Just as Paul cast aside the knowledge of the world and opted instead for the revealed word (Phil 3:7-9), believers of today too must abandon the knowledge and teachings of men for the sake of the revealed word. There will be salvation only for those who truly understand the revealed word and believe it.

The Christian world today has been plunged into a spiritual night without the sun, moon, and stars (Mat 24:29-44; Rv 6:12-13). Today believers live in comfort and security without discerning the nature of the times. Those who live in comfort claiming to be saved, claiming to be orthodox, and claiming to have already received the holy spirit are not telling the truth. The Bible tells us that the time of Revelation is a time for the passing of one generation and the approach and creation of another (Rv 21). At the time of Revelation's fulfillment, those who are purchased by the blood of Jesus (Rv 5:9-10) and whose names are recorded among the 12 tribes (Rv 7) receive salvation as the chosen people of God’s new kingdom. Only those who understand the revealed word will “board the ark” of the 12 tribes and receive salvation.

Shincheonji Church of Jesus, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony is made up of 12 tribes. It is God's creation that has been established on earth according to God's will, which has been carried out in heaven (Mat 6; Rv 21:1-6). Anyone who claims that Shincheonji has not been created according to the Bible or that Shincheonji is not preaching the word accordingly must use the scriptures to prove his or her point. Even the persecution that we receive because of the righteousness that we pursue is occurring according to the scriptures. The one who speaks on behalf of Shincheonji is not God or Jesus. He is merely a chosen messenger of Jesus at the end of the age (Rv 1:2, Rv 22:16). He is the one who received the opened scroll (Rv 10) and the one who overcame the enemies of God with the word of testimony (Rv 12:11). He is God's worker who has received the revealed words of the scroll that was sealed – the words no one in the world was able to understand until now (Is 29:9-14; Rv 5:1-3). He has mastered the scriptures and has been teaching people the revealed word. Something that doctors of theology, pastors, and the authority figures of each denomination could not see has been made known to a man of lowly birth. All believers should realize that this work has been accomplished by the power of God and should return to him the glory he deserves. They should give glory to God instead of envying and persecuting the messenger just because he has accomplished something that they could not achieve, which is full mastery of the Bible. This person (i.e. the pastor like Apostle John) has been granted the knowledge of the revealed word of heaven, which far surpasses the knowledge of the world’s pastors and is, indeed, beyond their imaginations. Thousands of intellectuals who have studied the scriptures have testified about this fact after seeing and hearing with their own eyes and ears.

Since God conceals the true meaning of his word until the appointed time, it is not peoples’ fault that they are held captive by the teachings of men. On the other hand, people who interpret the scriptures by force to achieve doctoral degrees in theology are going against God's laws and lying to others about God’s word. They cannot create truth just because they want to. There is only one God, one Jesus, and one scroll. There is only one who opens the sealed scroll and only one person who receives and testifies the revealed words of the opened scroll (Rv 5, Rv 10). Doesn’t this mean that learning from the person who was commanded to receive the scroll and teach it to people (“to peoples, nations, languages, and kings”) is obeying God's will? Only those who strive to learn from this person are true believers. Who else in the world, except the chosen promised pastor, has the wisdom to testify about the meanings of the prophecies of Revelation and their physical fulfillment?

What follows is a summary of the life of the promised pastor who received the words of the opened scroll. He grew up in the poor countryside of Korea and later joined in the Korean War effort. Although he did not attend church, he never missed a chance, morning and night, to pray to God. He read one chapter of the Bible every night before going to bed. On Sundays, he would climb to the top of a nearby mountain for his prayers. This man had the unique experience of seeing stars in the sky during the day. At one point, during his prayers to God, he saw these stars approaching him for three days in a row. From that time on, he began to receive severe persecution, which led him to attend church. On the first day he went to church, he climbed up a mountain and made a covenant with God, swearing by his own blood. After that, the promised pastor met the Lord, who was walking among the clouds of the sky, and he received an anointing from him. The Lord commanded him to write down what he saw, what is now, and what will take place later in a scroll, and the promised pastor obeyed by sending the letters to the seven messengers of the seven churches. After that, he received the opened scroll from an angel and was commanded to go and preach to the peoples, nations, languages, and kings held captive by Babylon. After receiving this command, the promised pastor headed to the place he was told to go and preach. Once there, he overcame all his enemies, and by overcoming, he was ordered to create the 12 tribes of God’s kingdom. He has done all this according to the Bible. All of these events are the fulfillment of the prophecies of Revelation. Just as the Jews at the time of the first coming who did not understand the prophecies rejected Jesus, people who do not understand Revelation today will not be able to believe in this testimony or this work. Only those who sincerely try to obey God's word will understand. They will verify for themselves whether this testimony is true and will eventually believe it.

Mastery of the words of the sealed scroll is the most precious and valuable work that has been accomplished throughout the 2,000 years of New Testament biblical history. Ignorant people who have received evil spirits might hate this work, but instead of “judging a book by its cover,” all believers should realize that the word the promised pastor has received is the food of eternal life. It is vitally important to each and every one of us. This testimony has become a gospel of pure joy preached to people for the first time since the creation of the world. This testimony of the revealed word will be the living water (i.e. the water of eternal life) to those who understand it. This testimony is what the promised pastor has received from Jesus according to the promises in Rv 2-3. We must not be like the priests or the devil who persecute the truth. Let us pray and strive to have good and noble hearts so that we can receive what is good and sacred.

We, the believers of Shincheonji, pray sincerely to God with the same heart as Noah, Moses, and Jesus for all the believers of the world.
