Prophecy and Fulfillment

Prophecy and Fulfillment

Ever since Adam betrayed God (Gn 3, Gn 6; Hos 6:7), God has tried in every generation to reestablish his kingdom (heaven) on earth. In the beginning of each generation, God selected a righteous person from the previous generation and appointed him as his new pastor. After appointing his chosen pastor, God always made a covenant with him so that the chosen pastor could carry out God’s work.

God made a promise with Abraham and fulfilled it through Moses four generations later (Gn 15; Ex 12). God made promises through the prophets of the Old Testament and later fulfilled them through Jesus (Is 46:10; Lk 24:44; Jn 19:30). The Law of Moses and the words of the prophets were in effect until John the Baptist (Lk 16:16), but the words of the New Testament have been in effect since Jesus’ time.

The prophecies of the New Testament and Jesus’ law of liberty are in effect until the messengers of the seven lampstands who prepare the way (Rv 1). These seven messengers (i.e. the seven stars) symbolize seven pastors who appeared at the Tabernacle Temple, which was located in Gwacheon, South Korea. Since the world failed to recognize them, other people were able to do whatever they wanted to these seven pastors.

Just like what happened to John the Baptist at the time of Jesus’ first coming (refer to Mt 23:2; Jn 8:41-44), God’s kingdom—the Tabernacle Temple and its congregation members—were conquered and oppressed by the ecclesiastical authority of others in fulfillment of Rv 2-3, and Rv 13. The people who invaded the Tabernacle Temple were destroyers. These destroyers were able to take control of God’s kingdom (the Tabernacle Temple) from the seven pastors because the seven pastors abandoned the covenant they had made with God by blood—they betrayed God. A few people from the Tabernacle Temple witnessed these events. The witnesses fought against and overcame the invading destroyers with the word of truth (Rv 3:4, Rv 6:6; Rv 12). By overcoming the destroyers, the witnesses were able to establish the kingdom of New Spiritual Israel, which is promised in the New Testament. They have created the twelve tribes of God’s kingdom and are becoming his priests (Rv 7). This is God’s will and the fulfillment of his New Testament prophecies.

Christians who believe in the promises of the New Testament must seek and believe in the promised kingdom and its people. They must follow the words of the prophecies as their path to attain salvation. These are the last days of the Christian world, which Jesus said would be just like the days of Noah and Lot (refer to Mt 24:37-39; Rv 11:8). Those who refuse to believe in the testimony about the fulfillment will be destroyed just like the people in the times of Noah and Lot. On the other hand, those who hear, verify, and believe in the testimony will attain salvation. Worldly riches and authority are just empty dreams. Humanity cannot avoid the punishment of hell without resolving the problems of sin, aging, illness, and death.

I preach this testimony with absolute certainty for the sake of my fellow believers in the era of the New Testament. I earnestly pray that all Christians will believe in the promises of the New Testament and find the place where these prophecies are being fulfilled so that they can attain salvation by faith.
